Stunningly restored and beautiful, very large, Swiss Craftsman Home, can see the Hollywood sign from the front porch, and enjoy over 2,500 sq foot of living space. Hot Tub can also be Coldwater Dipping Pool!!!
This is private compound. Starting about 3 blocks from the house, there are many, many delicious restaurants, pubs and bars. Hollywood is metamorphically changing. 15 blocks from Hollywood & Highland shopping district, Hollywood & Vine, Sunset & Vine, Mann's Chinese Theatre, the Hollywood Strip and the Kodak Theatre where the Oscar's are held each year!
Carol Burnett went to the elementary school across the street, 5 blocks from the following: Paramount Studios lot, Sunset Gower Studios lot, Raleigh Studios lot, stunning new Technicolor corporate building, new W Hollywood Hotel, historic Pantages Theatre, and historic El Capitan Theatre.
Private and gated compound, very large lot and backyard for kids, dogs and adults to enjoy with large sun or shade deck and built in hot tub, very private. Plenty of room to get sun on chase lounge chairs and transquil bamboo surrounding most of the property. All size dogs are welcome! Very comfy and cosy and peaceful home with lots of areas to retreat.
