This condo is a wonderful place to spend time. It is spacious with everything you need to enjoy yourself. It is just what you see in the pictures if not better. I would certainly recommend this to anyone. The owner is very responsive to any questions and available if any problems arise. The restaurant downstairs serves great food and is all too handy. Movie theaters close by.Recommended for: Age 55+, girls getaway.

Beautiful Condo - family of six stayed with immense comfort. Owners responded quickly to questions. Walking trail along river, 5 minute walk to movies theater and shopping. 5 star property along river. Stayed in Cda Resort previous trip this condo exceeded all expectations.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, families with young children, sightseeing, tourists without a car.

This condo is a perfect vacation getaway. Comfortable, clean, and a great view of the Spokane river. Interiors are upscale and spacious. Enjoyed eagle spottings and numerous geese flying by. Building is located in new Riverstone development and within walking to theater, restaurants, shops, hotel, spa, park, trails. We took the Holiday light cruise to the North Pole and loved it! If you go, stop in at the visitors center... they were very helpful and have many suggestions to make your stay a memorable one!Recommended for: Age 55+, people with disabilities, families with teenagers, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing, tourists without a car.

Wow! What a beautiful condo. Better than the pictures on VRBO. Loved the "loft" contemporary style with the exposed duct work. Fixtures all high end in the kitchen and bathrooms. Very comfortable place to use as home base while exploring the breath-taking views in Coueur d'Alene and surrounding areas. We went in October (off-season), but were lucky enough to have great bike-riding weather along the lake. Amusement park had "Scareywood" week for halloween. What a blast! Also took in local musical theater and saw Oklahoma which was well done. Must go to Capones, the sports pub. You know the food is good when all the locals hang out there. Also try "Hudson" burgers in downtown Couer d'Alene. Our 21 year old daughter came up from college in AZ for the weekend and informed us when she graduates, she will be moving here. Wants us to buy a condo like this one and she will be glad to take care of it for us (ha,ha) What more can I say? I would definitely go back and stay at this condo!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

What a wonderful place to spend a relaxing time! The condo is absolutely gorgeous and the location is wonderful-it sits on the banks and overlooks the Spokane River. Sitting on the deck watching the boaters or a sunrise or sunset is just wonderful and relaxing. The complex is very secure, has underground parking, is located next to the bike and hiking trail and is not far from downtown. The condo is immaculate, includes a gourmet kitchen and is like new throughout. The owners were most accommodating and quickly responded to any questions. There were no issues in staying in the condo. One item to note, is that there is workout equipment on every other floor level- if you don’t get in enough biking and hiking. Our stay was wonderful. The condo is lovely, in a perfect spot on the river, and we had a great time sitting on the deck and watching the geese go by during our own private happy hours. Julie was very thorough with the instructions and we came and went without a hitch. We would go back again in a heartbeat.Recommended for: Age 55+, girls getaway, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, families with young children, sightseeing.

My wife, two daughters and I just spent a great week in this condo. It was our first time in Coeur d'Alene and we couldn't have picked a better spot. The complex is just far enough away from the city center to be quiet, but close enough to get to anything with a short drive or bike ride. The condo itself was beautiful. How awesome to wake up with a floor to ceiling view of the Spokane River every day. I loved how there were some spices and condiments in the kitchen, so cooking was more convenient. We grilled one night overlooking the river, which was very cool. We also ate at the many restaurants in the nearby Riverview complex. We would have cocktails on the deck, and then walk just minutes for a great meal. Our two girls jumped off the dock into the river every evening. My biggest regret is we didn't rent a boat that we could have had waiting for us on the dock. It was empty the whole week. Julie was great to work with, and returned our deposit promptly. We spent a week here and tooled around the whole area, and I never saw a spot I'd rather stay in than this condo (and that includes what I think was the way overpriced Coeur d'Alene Resort where we spent our first night of the week). If you ask the Hayden family, we give it four thumbs way up!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, romantic getaway, families with young children.

We were initially looking at the Coeur d' Alene Resort, but decided for a week long stay a home (away from tourists) would be more comfortable - spot on! The unit was exactly as described and pictures were no lie. The location couldn't be more perfect. We could walk to restaurants (one of the best is BarDney), shops and the movie theatre. Jump on the bikes and ride into downtown within 15 minutes. Hiking in the area is fantastic. The river is pretty busy with boats and jetski's, so for a quiet time on kayaks we recommend Fernan Lake - a 15 minute car ride. Boat rentals are two blocks away and fishing is at it's best with trout, bass, and catfish biting off the dock. Decor is modern and amenities are lovely. Only issue we had was upon checkin. We were told 3pm, but it's actually 4pm and the cleaning lady put the keys in the wrong lock box so we had to track her down. Building was very secure and we highly recommend a stay! I must say the pictures are exactly what this place looks like. If you are looking to stay in Coeur d'Alene emersed in luxury comfort,surrounded by beautiful scenery and in close proximity to everything, this is the place to rent. We love it and would choose this location again.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, adventure seekers, sightseeing, tourists without a car.
