Spent a week in CDA to check it out for possible relocation. Found the condo to be the perfect base of operations. Beautiful views, extremely clean and convientent to everything. Nearby resturants were great and when we cooked in, the unit had everything we needed and more. Julie was great about getting back to me regarding any questions I had prior to arrival. Look forward to our return in the very near future.

We stayed in this condo for 5 nights over Thanksgiving of 2011. Wow! We did not want to leave. The pictures really do not show what a luxury condo this is! Everything is in great condition and they have every amenity...large screen tv's in the living room and both bedrooms, a nice spacious updated kitchen (granite counters and stainless steel appliances) with a lot of space. This place is very clean and well cared for. The beds are very comfortable. We never heard ANY neighbors! It was so quiet and relaxing right there on the beautiful river. And the view of the river is gorgeous! There is a beautiful exercise room just down the hall from the condo. Every time we used it, we were the only people there! Julie was very helpful before our stay answering all of my questions and giving me a verbal description of how the condo was laid out. We drove to ski at Lookout Pass one day and had a terrific time there. This mountain is ideal...just off the I-90 and not crowded at all! We recommend it. And eating at the Red Robin right by the condo was nice...there is a lot to do right around the condo with the movie theaters, a San Francisco bread restaurant, a Cold Stone ice cream shop and a Starbuck's. And downtown CDA is only about 2 miles away. It was so nice having a laundry room in this unit. They supply laundry soap and everything you need. So we didn't come home with tons of laundry to do. Nice! The only improvement would be to have more baking dishes in the kitchen. Since we hosted Thanksgiving dinner there, we found it to be pretty sparse. But everything else was just perfect. It's clean, quiet, relaxing, and beautiful. You won't be disappointed. We sure weren't. We hope to go back again next year! And we would love to go there in the summer when the weather is warmer and we could boat and ski on the river. We loved our time there! This condo was wonderful.

Thanks so much Julie for letting us stay at your beautiful CDA condo! The pictures were very accurate, in fact, we were actually surprised at how much larger the condo seems, compared to the photos! Nice, modern decor and a well stocked kitchen. We stayed there with another couple and loves cooking, grilling and eating/drinking wine on that fantastic wraparound deck. The condo is in a perfect location, as its away from the hubbub of downtown, yet an easy 1mile bikepath route into town when we wanted to. The area also a Starbucks, a few restaurants and shops within easy walking distance. We will definately recommend this place, and hope to stay there again.

The perfect 25th wedding anniversary

Once we got past everyone asking "Why Idaho?" for our 25th anniversary, we discovered Idaho is one of the most beautiful places in America. And this condo is the perfect place to enjoy everything one of Idaho's most beautiful cities, Coeur d'Alene, has to offer. It is extremely clean. The furnishing are so comfortable. The kitchen is a dream. I haven't even mentioned the best part, the balcony. The view over the Spokane River is amazing. We found ourselves spending hours on the balcony. We has relatives staying at the world famous resort in Coeur d'Alene and they even said we had the better accommodations. The owner's service is fantastic. Every detail was provided before we arrived. The location is ideal as well. We were five minutes by car to downtown. One tip, eat at Tony's. Excellent Italian and wonderful views.

Unexpectedly Delightfull...WOW!!~

My wife & I have rented many places over the years but for some reason had shyed away from condos. We decided to take a chance on one and boy were we impressed! This place was extremely clean, quiet, affordable, relaxing, great views of the river, very secure and the owner was a delight to deal with. She answered emails promptly, everything was spelled out in a very clear manner, from the rental agreement, how to get there, parking, the lock box, how to operate the gas fireplace, appliances and huge flat screen tv. We have already had our damage deposit returned too. We are very picky renters and there are always a list of things from places we rent that are not up to speck. But...This rental was absolutely perfect. There was one problem though...the time went way too fast, which is why we can't wait for a return visit. Thank you Julie for letting us stay in your lovely waterfront condo, and allowing us to make our winter getaway a wonderful success!!~

My fiance and two of our friends all decided to take a little mini vacation to Idaho for a couple of days and one of our stops was in Coeur d'Alene. We booked and rented this river-front Condo with slight hesitation as it wasn't technically on the lake. But upon arrival with the incredible view out of the lovely balcony windows, lake or river definitely ended up not mattering one bit. The view is amazing! The condo was lovely - very luxurious especially for the price - with plenty of space. Everything was clean and ready to use. Location is great as we were very close to downtown as well as a grocery store, which we did make use of by making the guys cook us dinner in a kitchen with every cooking utensil you could ask for. The owners were wonderful in communicating and answering all questions. I very highly recommend staying here!!

Excellent location! Beautiful views of the Spokane River. Restaurants, movie theartre and shopping within walking distance. Great bike and walking trail. Lovely park with pond and playground (again) within walking distance. Condo was very nicely appointed including WiFi. We stayed three weeks and didn't want to leave.

My family rented this condo for our first trip to Idaho. The owners promptly responded to my email inquirey when I asked about availability. The condo is just as perfect as it looks in the pictures. Very clean, homey and has the most amazing view from the balcony and the Master Suite. We enjoyed cooking in the huge kitchen and dining at the large dining room table overlooking the water. There is a paved trail along the water from the condo to downtown. Rather than driving, we walked the mile long trail into town every morning. I highly recommend this condo to a family or couple who are looking for a nice place to stay in Coeur d'Alene, ID. The owners are very friendly and my rental experience, from beginning to end, was excellent.

Great Location

Very nicely furnished with a view to kill for overlooking the river. Great restaurants nearby, but the kitchen is perfect for those nights you want to drink fine wine in your flip flops while dinner is on the grill. I loved all the amenities...secure underground parking...WiFi for those who can't live without their laptop...big screen satellite TV...great walking trails along the river. All in all a very good experience. I will be back.

This condo on the river was wonderful. The location had spectacular unobstructed views, with top notched furnishings, everything you could possibly need for a vacation away from home. We enjoyed the golf in the area and rented a boat one day, even road the bikes provided by the owner for a trip downtown. We would recommend this property to others who would be visiting the area!!!

Our family stayed here to attend a "destination wedding." This is a quality home with exquisite views of the river. The property is immaculate, with a fully equipped kitchen, great beds, and a very quiet location. The building is new, has great security, and access to the river. It was easy to travel to town, local shops, and resorts. We highly recommend this property and will stay here next time our travels take us to Idaho. The owners provided excellent customer service, are attentive to details and committed to ensuring the best rental experience.

Couer d'Alene Getaway

This condo was everything it was said to be - beautifully furnished with a setting overlooking the water right off the balcony. The location was easy to find, easily accessible and close to shopping, restaurants, a lovely park, and within a 5 minute drive of city center and all this resort town has to offer. All the amenities to "cook in" are provided with upscale appliances and lots of granite counter tops for those who might not want to go out for meals. The owner has been outstanding to communicate with and is very responsive to questions or concerns as they might come up. Their rental contract is very complete and should be fully reviewed when making arrangements. This is an ideal jump-off location for all the recreation that the summer months have to offer, and gave a cozy retreat for our early-Spring getaway in the middle of a rainstorm. The gas fireplace is a dream! The building and unit itself are modern and nearly new, with an "industrial loft" ceiling design that is reminiscent of restructured commercial buildings in large cities. I would personally see it as most comfortable for 2 couples, as we had, although the sofa bed in the living room would provide more sleeping space, if needed.

I recently rented this condo for a 4-night stay and was very pleased. There were no issues with gaining access to the condo, it was very clean and comfortable, and the owner was nice to work with. The location on the river in Coeur d'Alene is beautiful and very quiet. I would definitely recommend this rental to others looking for a quiet, spacious, and comfortable place to stay.

Just a great place to stay. Very comfortable for the four of us, close to everything. (We played golf at the Idaho Club in Sandpoint, the Resort course in CDA, and a great course down at Circling Raven). Fantastic deck to watch the Spokane river run by, walked into CDA, and enjoyed the nearby restaurants/starbucks/etc. We'd most definately return. Four thumbs up.

This condo was clean, well equipped, beautifully decorated and luxurious. The water views from the eating area and balcony were wonderful. Perfect accommodations for two couples due to the spacious open living areas, while each having their own bedroom and bath for privacy. Quiet, secure, waterfront property.

This property is exactly as advertised. It is clean and secure. We are bicycle riders, it is right on the trail, there is a secure place for our bikes in the garage, covered garage. View of the River from the balcony is fantastic, Quiet at night. New furnishing and appliances. Several restaurants within walking distance. Customer service was friendly. I would recommend this property to a friend. Very Nice!
