The Master bedroom has a king size bed, walk-in closet, en suite bathroom with garden tub and separate shower, and opens onto a courtyard. The kitchen is fully stocked and comes equipped with a double door fridge, glass top stove, and microwave. The kitchen also includes a breakfast bar overlooking the courtyard. The living room includes a custom entertainment center with large TV, cable, DVD player and surround sound. The dining area seats six with a custom marble table and chairs. The backyard has desert landscaping and a patio area great for viewing magnificent Arizona sunsets. The home is ideally located close to golf, shopping, restaurants, Surprise library, community swimming pools, hot air balloon rides, horseback riding, movie theaters, Heard West museum, Wildlife World Zoo, Spring Training -- just ten minutes to Surprise Complex (Rangers and Royals) and 20 minutes to Peoria Sports Complex (Mariners and Padres), Lake Pleasant Regional Park (glider rides, boating, fishing, hiking) and more!
