Enjoy our family lakehouse: a place where generations have vacationed together. This old cabin is expanded and updated with modern amenities, including hifi, cable, broadband internet, wifi, video library, books, puzzles and good old board games too. Inside you'll find a full kitchen, dining room, 2 living rooms, both with fireplaces; and panoramic views across Meredith Bay. The house has two king bedrooms, both with porches facing the lake; a third bedroom & loft, both full; plus a dormitory/children's area that sleeps 4 plus.
Only steps outside is a water's edge deck, beautiful Lake Winnipesaukee and 2 docks with space for up to three boats less than 30 feet in length. Western exposure gives this property the perfect autumn sunsets but don't forget to light up the night with the lakeside fire pit. There is also a lawn area for games surrounded by gardens and off street parking for 4-5 vehicles.

This house rocked, great sunsets nearly every night! It was perfect for my wife and I, our 4 kids and my parents. Access to the water for the elderly was easy. The photos made it seem small, but when we showed up we were pleasantly surprised by the size of the house. For an old eclectic cabin everything was very clean and tidy. The owners were responsive to our questions and easy to interact with. We wished there was a swim raft, that was the only thing we found lacking. Definitely have recommend this property to others, perfect for multi-generation families or anyone looking to enjoy Winnipesaukee.

Spent a weekend at this beautiful lake house. The owners were very nice, accommodating and made the stay a pleasure. The house was clean and spacious. It was fully stocked with everything that your normal house would have. It made it a home away from home. We were able to bring our boat and the view was breathtaking. Out of the three other places that I have stayed in Laconia and Meredith this was by far the best place. We will definitely recommend this place and will also be back again ourselves.
