The view from the 16th floor is breathtaking. A large super beautiful place to spend your vacation. Yes, you are on the beach.
We have worked hard to make our beach condo your getaway home. A frozen Margarita is a perfect way to end the day at the beach. A little music and a drink while reclining and watching the setting sun from the balcony.
Watching the kids below in the pool and my wife and friends relaxing under a large blue umbrella at the beach. Another day in paradise. You will be so happy you rented this home away.
Perdido Key is the last stretch of the Florida Panhandle and being so close to the National Seashore lets you leave the tee-shirt shops and souvenir stores behind. If you want to get some stuff for the kids, Gulf shores is just 5 miles away. The amusement park and miniature golf and all the fishing you can handle awaits.
Too much sun, take a day off and go to the Pensacola Naval Air Museum. Unbelievable. There must be 200 planes in there; not to mention the IMAX. If your lucky the Blue Angels are in town for a show. By the way, don't be surprised if one day you are sitting on the balcony and one of the Blue Angels comes flying by at eye level. Talk about a thrill.
The Palacio is first class. Tennis courts, fast elevators, lots of kids, great staff. This is not just renting a condo, it is staying at a resort. The last time we were there we were grilling burgers at the pool while the band played Buffett.
Choosing this unit is not just renting a condo, it is giving yourself a vacation that you will never forget.

Why the Owner Chose Palacio
We have stayed all over the panhandle and Pamela grew up here. Perdido Key is the right balance of sun, beautiful beach,and not over-crowded. It is a place we can bring our kids and not worry about what they might hear said on the beach.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
The beaches of Perdido key are as nice if not nicer than any on the Gulf. My wife grew up in Panama City, Fla. And she much prefers Perdido Key to Panama City or Destin.
What is really nice about Perdido, is that it isn't crowded at all. The fishing is great and Pensacola is just around the corner.

We have traveled the world. Pamela actually grew up at the beach in Panama City, Florida. We live in Alpharetta (Milton) Georgia on a horse farm with 12 horses and 20 chickens. Our oldest daughter teaches riding to kids. I am a real estate attorney and my wife is an author. We love Perdido Key and were so excited when the opportunity came up to buy a place along the most beautiful beach. We have stayed in many condos, and honestly, our Florida home, which we call "Breeze", is very very nice in comparison to all of these other ones.

Relaxing Fall Break Trip to Fla

I wanted to write a quick note and express our appreciation for allowing us to stay in your condo this past weekend. The views are amazing and we even got to see a few dolphins and stingrays in the water as we looked out each morning. The condo is spacious and well kept.... something this mom certainly appreciates. We have never been to the gulf side of Flordia so this was a "different" trip for us in that all we had to do was relax, go the the beach and find a few good places to eat. We all loved the white sands, the relaxing sounds of the waves, and enjoyed the very low crowds. The kids loved going out a night and searching for crabs.. that was great fun. If you are considering renting the Jackson's condo, feel comfortable in knowing you are dealing with honest people. My gut told me from the first email converations with Dale that he was up front and true to his word.. my gut was correct. We sure hope to return to Perdido Key soon and we would love to stay in the Jackson's condo again. Sheila from Middle Tennessee

This was our second stay at Palacio. Love the location...very close to the beautiful beach. This condo is exceptionally clean and comfortable. The owners couldn't have been more helpful. Would definitely like to stay here again!

My family and friends had a great stay in the Jackson's condo. Our whole experience from the initial contact with the owners to checkout was fantastic. The owners were very accommodating. We were staying on Perdido Key to attend a wedding in Pensacola. It was wonderful to have so many of the wedding party and guests stay at the beautiful Palacio. The views are beautiful. The master suite in our unit is enormous but at the same time serene with its own beautiful view of the water. We highly recommend this property.

This place was absolutely perfect for many reasons. Palacio well managed, condo was soooooo comfortable, view was gorgeous, large balcony always shaded, short walk to water, awesome pools,master suite fabulous, kitchen had every tool needed for cooking anything,owners very accommodating. My first experience with vrbo but not my last.
