Wow, what a view! With floor to ceiling windows in the master bedroom and on 2 walls in the living area, you have an excellent view of the lagoon, pool and dock. When sitting in the kitchen, family room, dining room, master bedroom or balcony, you have amazing waterfront scenes for you to relax and enjoy!
This 1800 square foot condo has 3 bedrooms, 3 baths and many amenities. An indoor pool, outdoor pool, spa and fully equipped weight room are on site. Deeded-beach access to the Gulf is just across the street, which makes for a more private beach. There is a first come, first served boat dock, or you can fish off the dock! For your additional entertainment, the condo is equipped with DirecTV, DVD players, a CD player and stereo system, secured WiFi, and a large whirlpool tub in the master bath. A shared hot tub is located on the first floor near the indoor pool, and for your safety, the building is equipped with a security elevator and stairwell which limits access to your floor.
With only 2 condos per floor and secure limited access, this site is private and relaxing. With a queen-sized convertible bed, the condo sleeps 6-8 guests. A king-sized bed is in the master bedroom...with an amazing view without lifting your head. A queen-sized bed is in one of the spare bedrooms, and a set of twins in the other bedroom. There is a full kitchen, including an ice maker and electric smoker. The modern decor has been newly furnished, and is bright and cheerful. The mall, souvenir shops, and a variety of indoor and outdoor activities are in close proximity. Activities such as golf, kayaking, sailing, boating, fishing, water skiing, para sailing, jet skiing, swimming, surfing, windsurfing, biking, racquetball, tennis, miniature golf, horseback riding, theaters, museums, amusement park, zoo/wildlife park, fine dining, and even catering are located nearby.

Prices include everything except Alabama state sales tax, a $45 damage waiver (gives you $1500 worth of accidental damage coverage during your stay), a small house cleaning fee of $75 and a linen charge ($25/bedroom and $10/bathroom) - which includes all your linens, bath towels, toilet paper, paper towels and even little soaps at all of the sinks. There is also a small amount of clothes detergent, dish liquid and dish washer soap.

My name is Kevin Wendelburg. I am a property owner, a real estate investor, and an Alabama real estate agent committed to 100% customer satisfaction. I will strive to under-promise and over-deliver with everything that I do. Hard work, personal responsibility, and an over achieving desire to provide the best product on the market are the cornerstones of my business, RelaxontheBeach.
I started RelaxontheBeach in 2004 because I knew that the vacation rental/property management business in Gulf Shores needed a complete overhaul. I purchased my first beach house in the early 2000's and immediately listed it with one of the larger property management firms in town. While I was thrilled that the house rented as well as it did, I was not happy with the draconian commission structure, poor cleaning standards, and slipshod maintenance.
I began to advertise and manage my property on my own and I doubled rental revenue in the first 24 months of owning the property.
Neighbors took note. I received phone calls. I received emails. How in the world, they wondered, was I able to generate so much traffic? Every weekend there was a car in my driveway. "Simple" I said, "treat every customer like family."
The personal touch makes all the difference. Our potential guests are personally greeted by a knowledgeable representative. Our quality control director takes pride in the condition of all of our properties and ensures that our thorough cleanliness standards are met. We have a full maintenance department that does its best to address any maintenance concerns quickly.

I chose to buy a vacation rental house in Gulf Shores for a variety of reasons....the people are absolutely fantastic! Southern hospitality doesn't even begin to tell the entire story. From the waitresses with constant smiles on their faces, to the deep sea fishing boat captains with endless stories to tell, coastal Alabama can't be beat!
The beaches are the best in the world. Period. The finest white sand and the bluest turquoise waters await each and every guest. Need I say more?

If you have a more traditional American layout in mind, the Peninsula Golf Club, with its 27 manicured holes and GPS loaded carts is terrific.
Anyone say "fresh seafood?" You can't go wrong at any of our restaurants. Try "Bahama Bobs" for the fresh catch of the day. The lunch specials are to die for. Its hard not to enjoy a meal when the majestic waters of the Gulf can be seen from your table!

My family and I just spent a GREAT 7 nights at Lagoon Tower Unit 202. The spacious layout was perfect for 4 adults, 3 kids. We appreciated TVs in 3 locations (would be perfect if one was added to the Queen bedroom and if the living room TV were a bit bigger). The pools were crowded, but we suspect much of that had to do with the current status of the beach. Still, we got to enjoy fireworks on the beach on the 4th! We loved watching the birds and the beautiful sunrise/sunset/daily views from the large balcony. We enjoyed several meals out there, and even used the smoker provided, which was great. The entire unit is fully stocked, comfortable, tastefully decorated, and a true home away from home. We really appreciate Denise for all the details she saw to in order to make our stay comfortable - both in advance and while we were there visiting. We will carry great memories of our first visit to Gulf Shores - and Lagoon Tower - for years to come. Thanks!!!

This was a beautiful condo. We have always stayed in a rental house the 15 years we have been going to Gulf Shores. On a whim, we decided to try a condo this year. The location is ideal. It is a small condo so there are not a lot of people. There were college kids staying next door, partying in the evenings. We didn't hear a thing unless we had a window open. I would recommend this condo to anyone. Nice pool for the kids to stay in and the view of the bay is great.

We have vacationed in Gulf Shores/Orange Beach for more than 20 years, often twice a year. We have stayed in a number of condos up and down the beach. We have NEVER stayed in a nicer condominium than this one. It is huge and it is beautiful. The layout is fantasic, with three bedrooms spread out around the kitchen/family area. When you first walk in, you get the sense that you are on a boat. It's solid glass around the living area--floor to ceiling windows with a spectacular view of Little Lagoon. We really enjoyed staying on the second floor. No long elevator rides. One of the real benefits of staying at Lagoon Tower is that there are only two condos per floor. There is lots of privacy. The owners really go out of their way to making renting the unit a snap. When it's time to plan another vacation to the Alabama coast, we will absolutely contact these owners first.
