Welcome to our wonderful oceanfront villa conveniently located on the Isle of Palms. This sunny and spacious 4 bedroom condo is located on the corner of the building.
The full kitchen has a breakfast bar with seating for 4, refrigerator, pantry, microwave, dishwasher, oven and stove, double sink and garbage disposal. The kitchen overlooks a spacious dining area with a large table with seating for 8. The living area has a big screen TV, cable channels, surround sound, sofa bed, love seat, side chairs, and a sliding door leading to the oceanfront balcony.
The master bedroom is oceanfront and has a king bed, entertainment center with TV, DVD, love seat and chair, walk in closet, and sliding doors to oceanfront balcony. The master bath has a double sink vanity, soaking tub, and separate shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed, its own TV, and access to another bath.
The third bedroom has a queen bed, its own TV, and shares a bathroom with double sinks with the fourth bedroom which has two twin beds and its own TV. Each bedroom has lots of windows since the condo is on the corner of the building.
The resort has a private swimming pool which is oceanfront, grilling area, and a covered parking garage. There is elevator access. The resort is surrounded by wonderful restaurants and shopping all within walking distance. Park your vehicle and walk to everything!
The surrounding area boasts more shopping, movies, fun park, and historic Charleston is only minutes away. Enjoy the beach, watch dolphins play, eat and relax on the spacious oceanfront balcony.

Why the Owner Chose Isle of Palms
We purchased this condo because it is directly on the beach within walking distance to many shops, restaurants, and grocery stores and it is close to our home so we can be there in a few minutes. It is very relaxing and enjoyable and fun to share with our family and friends.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
Of course the direct oceanfront view and access if perfect. We love the convenience of walking to many of our favorite restaurants. We can walk to shops and grocery stores. We love the floor plan because the main bedroom is set apart from the other three bedrooms and it is great for sharing with family and friends. It is easy to entertain and it is sunny and spacious because it is on the corner of the building. We enjoy the close proximity to Charleston and it's historic area, market area, and restaurants. We love the shaded balcony where we can watch the sunrise, dolphins, kites, and enjoy our drinks and meals oceanfront! We can cook with the fully stocked kitchen or order out.

Hey, welcome to our beach front villa on the Isle of Palms. We live in the area and enjoy coming to the beach, boating, fishing, crabbing, reading, and entertaining.
We hope you enjoy our beach house as much as we do. It is conveniently located directly on the beach yet we can walk to some of our favorite restaurants and shops. We can walk to the grocery store or drive into Charleston.
We love sitting on the huge balcony overlooking the ocean and watching the sunrise, the dolphins swimming by, the kite man with his colorful kite and streaming tails, entertaining friends and listening to music. We enjoy walking on the beach and swimming in the ocean and pool. It is a relaxing and uplifting time!

My family had a wonderful time at this condo. Everything was as promised - beautiful beach view, spacious rooms and well stocked kitchen. We saw boats and dolphins, enjoyed the local restaurants, and had a great time in Charleston, just a short drive away. Would definitely go back.
Recommended for:Sightseeing, tourists without a car, girls getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children.

We had a wonderful week at this beachfront condo! It is very spacious. My husband and I were there with our two grown children and our sons girlfriend. There was plenty of room and the furnishings were ideal for a week at the beach. The owner was very helpful and kind. I would definitely recommend this condo!!!!

very spacious, great location, shopping across the street and restaurants next door. we had 6 adults and 3 children and plenty of room!! owner was very responsive during rental process and our stay. nice & clean. there was a plumbing issue while we were there and it was taken care of pronto. we loved the security gates and the fact of not having to carry a key - all coded keyless entry. the beach was beatiful. waves were very calm. we found lots of interesting things in the ocean.
Recommended for:Sightseeing, adventure seekers, tourists without a car, girls getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children.

Home away from home does not describe this condo. It had everything a large family or several families as ours did, could want or need. My husband and I shared this beautiful haven with my mother, our daughter and son-in-law, and their 3 boys. There was so much space that we were all able to be together or apart depending upon the activity. We were very centrally located which made walking to attractions possible. In addition, we were positioned right on the beach. The views from the condo were breathtaking. We will return!
