Welcome to one of the best parts of my life, Point Cartwright.
If you are looking for a unique experience, I am willing to share my beautiful home away from home on the Sunshine Coast of Queensland, Australia. Point Cartwright is located on the Point Cartwright peninsula near Buddina, 100 K north of Brisbane. The building is ocean-side with incredible views and access to the water.
My unit is house sized at 1900 square feet on the 12th floor. It has 2 bedrooms and 2 baths, fully furnished kitchen with microwave and dishwasher, dining and living areas, and balconies on 3 sides. You can lie in bed and look out at the Ocean. The unit will sleep 5 people and is fully furnished, including linens. Unit 24 is fully tiled and includes: a TV/DVD in the lounge, TV in the master bedroom. Many books to read and games. There are 2 telephones and an answering machine, extra large laundry room with tub, washer, and dryer. The unit is in great condition and very clean (like new).
The building has a heated pool and barbecue area. There is a secure parking area under the building as well as an outside parking area for visitors. Anything to do with water is available. Hiking, swimming, boating, fishing, tennis, golf, or just relaxing, is at your fingertips. No smoking or pets are the only restrictions. I have taken many pictures of the area and the unit and have posted them on the website. Take a look and decide if you want a really different and exciting vacation
The price is reasonable and I have reservations available. This time of year (Australian Fall) is one of the best weather wise. Although, the weather is mild all year.
If you like water ... it does not get much better than this – it really is a fantasy experience. |
