We were born and raised in Laguna Beach. We want to share our home, "the City of Laguna Beach" with you! We are all attending full time school. Some of us have moved on to different locations to attend college. One of us is still at Laguna Beach High. We treasure the opportunity to welcome guests into a beautiful home which was once (a long time ago) a church. The house has always been a place for happy events. Bring your family and friends and enjoy your vacation memory in Laguna Beach!
Why the Owner Chose Laguna Beach
The house is perfect as a vacation rental as it is walking distance to many places. Crescent Bay beach is a great body surfing spot. Shaw's cove is a favorite place for diving. I like restaurants and art galleries being close by. A stones throw away is a coffee pastry shop. One can walk to Heisler Park. A big grocery store is a few blocks away. More places to eat like Pizza! I also like the John Wayne Airport being close by. One can take Newport Coast to the house and beat all the downtown traffic.
The Unique Benefits of this House Plus Studios
We love the idea that guests can come and spend time here and enjoy the surround sound, the lighting, the ambiance of the home. The house has beautiful fixtures and all new modern appliances, the colors are lite and calming. The furniture in the living area is a dark chocolate brown which creates a nice contrast. The 10 foot granite bar sets the mood to have a good time! The patio is enclosed which creates privacy. The house has triple paned windows, sound board in the walls to prevent outside sounds from entering. The lighting is beautiful within the home.
