Thanks Jeanette for a wonderful stay! Your home is so warm and cozy, supremely clean, and had all conveniences and equipmant we needed. Sleeping arrangement were perfect for 4 of us, needing three separate rooms(one extra). Central location was perfect for all our activities. Most of all, we appreciate your flexibility with arrival and departure arrangements. We would be happy to stay again.

We used this house for out of town family and it was perfect. It's in a very central location for activities all around the Denver Metro area, only a few minutes from the highway. The home is in great condition. All the furnishings were new and it really had everything we needed. We loved having dinner outside at the large table in the shaded backyard every evening. I only hope it’s available the next time we have guests in town. Thanks again.

The Jackson House was a wonderful place for our family of five to spend 3 months while in Denver for a job assignment! This tastefully decorated, well supplied home was clean, cozy comfortable and kid friendly. The kitchen was well stocked and the grill was a great feature that we used often. The newly finished basement bedroom suite was beautifully done! The large, fenced-in backyard was a perfect place for our 3 children to play. It's location close to grocery store, shopping, library and RTD was so convenient for us. Jeanette made sure we felt right at home - she was so friendly and helpful and responsive to all our needs. She quickly took care of any issues that we had. We loved our stay in Denver because of the many things we were able to do but also because of the great place we called home while we were there. We would highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a place to stay in Denver!

Great Denver House

What a wonderful experience! I had never rented a house through VRBO and was a bit concerned that I would regret giving it a try. It was everything I hoped it would be and so much more. Jeanette is a dream to work with. I called her to discuss my family's needs (we are a 3 generation household) and she answered every question. The house is much cuter than the photos show and quite clean and fresh smelling. It is also very comfortable and everything is user friendly from the appliances to the shower. Also, I would like to give major points for the towels. It may not seem like a big deal, but it is nice to get out of the shower and wrap up in a big, plush spa style towel. As if all of that wasn't enough, my security deposit was back in my account before I even got on the plane to go home. This will be our home in Denver!

We were lucky enough to spend 3 wonderful nights in this immaculate home. The home was clean, comfortable and had all the amenities we needed. The furnishings and decor seemed brand new. The owner was accommodating and responsive. We found the location to be convenient and quiet. Everything we needed was nearby. We could not have been happier with choosing this VRBO rental. Our Labor Day Weekend stay at the Jackson House allowed us to be in comfortable surroundings while traveling down memory lane with our mom. Our family left the Denver/Boulder area about 40 years ago. My mom has wanted to revisit our former homes and favorite sites. Staying at the Jackson House was very convenient to all the sites we wanted to see and very comfortable, clean and homey. The neighborhood was nice and quiet and conveniently located to shopping, downtown and freeways. The owner Jeanette was very easy to talk to and I wouldn't hesitate to rent the home again if we find ourselves needing a place to stay while in the Denver area.

The Jackson home was just that, our home away from home. The location was central to everywhere we needed to be for our daughters wedding. The home was very clean, met all our needs, was very comfortable and we felt very welcomed. Jeanette, the owner, was so accommodating and personable that even though I had to cancel last minute due to extenuating circumstances, I felt obliged to provide a quick snippet of the wonderful service I received from the owners. Not only were the owners completely willing to accommodate an evolving group of people in my party, but they refunded my money without hesitation when I was forced to cancel my stay. I truly believe it's people such as Jeanette that make stays away from home that much more enjoyable, and I would definitely recommend this southeast Denver home for anyone coming from near or far. Thank you for such a positive experience, and the next time I need a place in Denver, you'll be the first people I call.

Very Cozy Bungalow

I had the opportunity to spend a long weekend at this property. It is an extremely well maintained house in a great location. It's on a quiet street in a good neighborhood with excellent access to I25 and the light rail. It's very cozy and with two living areas it seemed spacious as well. The kitchen was well stocked and gave the at home feeling. The bedrooms and beds were quite comfortable. We didn't use the backyard due to the snow, but it's on the east side of the house so very useable in the evenings. I would highly recommend this property for a short or extended stay in the Denver area.

The Jackson House was perfect for my 5 night stay. This home is decorated very nicely and I felt right at home the minute I walked in the front door. A nice collection of antiques and newer pieces makes you feel like you're staying in friends home. ( A neat friend with good taste !) The home is very clean and has everything you need to make yourself comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed and the bedrooms were warm and inviting. The location is perfect. There is easy access to all the fun Denver has to offer and yet you're in a quiet neighborhood. Jeanette was the perfect host and made me feel like a long lost friend that she was happy to see !! I can't wait to return.

We stayed at the Jackson house for the holidays, and were very pleased with the home. I loved the well equiped kitchen and everybody enjoyed the WiFi !! The location is great with convenience stores nearby and easy access to freeways.

My husband, infant daughter and I stayed here for a week for a conference and loved the area! The house is the perfect size, with all bedrooms and bath on main level and a rec room and laundry downstairs. It has been warmly decorated and is equipped with all you could need for your stay! The backyard is also fenced and private with plenty of space. The weather was gorgeous during our stay, and we took advantage of the several local parks nearby for our child to visit. The area is very safe, and we walked our baby in the stroller each day and just enjoyed the neighborhood! We have rented several homes through the years for vacations and business trips and this one is one of the best yet! You MUST eat pizza at Marco's Coal-Fired Pizzaria downtown. Very good eats!

fantastic! this house represents, for me, the latest success in my new trend of staying in homes and apartments as opposed to hotels when traveling. personal touches, increased comfort and a feeling of really having a home away from home are just a few of the benifits that can be realized when you skip the chain hotels, and The Jackson House is no exception to the rule. the owners were easy to work with, though truth be told we had very little contact with them, as everything was in perfect order. I would recommend this wonderful place to my friends.

We stayed at the Jackson house for 3 nights to celebrate my son's 4th birthday. It has very easy access to the Museum of natural history, the zoo and the aquarium and had a number of restaurants, grocery stores and liquor stores nearby. The large carpeted basement was the perfect place for our kids to play and for us to visit and watch tv after the kids were in bed. My son loved the backyard and we spent a good deal of time playing back there. Jeanette was very friendly, responsive and helpful. Not only would we recommend this property to friends (we already have), we would rent it again when staying in Denver.

I stayed at the Jackson House with my family and the home could not have been more perfect. It is nicely appointed with everything we could have wanted. The kitchen was well-stocked for preparing a dinner or baking a birthday cake. (This offered a big savings on eating out, especially breakfasts and lunches!) The fenced yard was great for my kids to explore and the basement was an ideal escape for them while we watched TV upstairs. Thank you to Jeanette, who met us upon our arrival,and made sure that we were comfortable during our stay. I highly recommend this place to stay!

We had a wonderful stay in the Jackson house for a week this November. The house was nicely appointed and very welcoming. We had ample room for our family and our son really enjoyed the space in the finished basement and the fenced in yard. The house was perfectly located for our needs. There were ample things within walking distance (park, Einstein bagels, Starbucks, grocery store and more) and easy expressway access. The owners were easy to work with and available to answer any questions. We have only positive things to say about the Jackson house and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful place to stay in Denver!

We traveled to Denver for a conference and decided to bring our son. We wanted a place that we could all relax and bring some quiet into our busy business life. A friend suggested we try to rent a home instead of a hotel. Wow, what a perfect place to stay. The kitchen is wonderful!Everything is BRAND NEW and kept up so well. The bathroom had a a shower that really worked! Hot water was plentiful, even after my son and husband had showers I still had hot water! It's a very nice neighborhood, friendly neighbors, easy walk to stores and parks. I travel about 35 weeks a year and this stay was one of the best! Thanks so much for making my travel for work feel a little less like work! Looking forward to my next trip to Denver!

The Jackson House was an incredible place to stay as we visited old friends and family in Denver. It was the perfect place for our family of four as we each had enough space. We grilled in the backyard and invited friends over for dinner. We walked around the neighborhood and to the store. We also enjoyed sitting on the front porch. The house is beautiful and comfortable!
