Venetian Shores right on Snake Creek at mile marker 86 is one of the nicest most desirable neighborhoods in the entire upper keys. Ground Level three bedroom 1700 square foot home. Open floor plan completely remodeled in the last couple of years. Granite counter tops. Wet bar with icemaker and refrigerator. Wireless DSL. The access to to dock is a gentile ramp no steps in the back of the house.
The canal is 100 feet wide and 25 feet deep. The water stays a clean clear blue green color year round. No need for a pool, the locals call this a swimming canal. 70 feet of seawall with 50 foot dock for your boat. Shore power station with either 50 or 30 amp service. Less than 1 mile to the bay or open ocean. Ocean access via Snake Creek bridge with 25 feet of vertical clearance. If you bring your big boat the bridge opens on demand on weekends and holidays, and every thirty minutes during the week.
Located one mile south of Founders Park with the largest nicest sand beach in the upper Key's. The park offers an exercise path, Olympic swimming pool, soccer fields, dog park, putting green, marina and boat ramp. This public park hosts several free concerts and craft shows during the year.

We love this place my family has stayed here several times. It is so close to everything. The water in the canal is so clear swimming is great. We enjoy sitting on the back porch cooking out and watching the sunset. Also a great kitchen and din area very roomy. Nice not having any stairs was a plus.
