We loved the house we stayed in and loved the location as well. It was clean and equipped with everything we needed.The view was beautiful from every window and balcony just as was advertised and was just steps from the ocean and the pool. Lots of great restaurants and shopping nearby. We would definately stay here again and recommend it to our friends and family.

My family has stayed at Emerald Waters three times! I can not think of a single problem with this house. The view is amazing! The kitchen is wonderful! The bedroom space is great! The mattresses are not typical that you find in rental properties. We have stayed their with friends. Together we had several teenagers. Great for big families or multiple families with children or teens. Every time I look at this house wonderful memories and warm thoughts rush over me. I would highly recommend this house!
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, families with young children, families with teenagers, girls getaway.

We have been vacationing in Destin for 15 years and primarily rent in Destin Pointe. Last year, we were able to rent Emerald Waters and had the best vacation of our lives. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this absolutely gorgeous house. The location & amenities are awesome. The two living areas allowed our teenagers to stay up playing board games while "the old folks" went to bed. We also loved being right across the street from the beach! The house is beautifully decorated and the kitchen has everything you might need! We highly recommend this property. :-) We have already booked again for summer 2011 & we are counting the days!
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, people with disabilities, adventure seekers, families with young children, families with teenagers, sightseeing, age 55+, girls getaway.

You have a beautiful beachhouse...The views are amazing.The floor plan fits our family very well.The furniture is so comfortable & the design & color choices are wonderful. Having 2 Living Rooms is very convenient. My favorite room is the sandpatio.My brother & I loved our bedroom..very kid friendly..This is our 3rd year staying here & we've always loved it..So much so our family has now bought a lot here so we can have our own house here..Thank you so much.!!!!!
