At last, a clean condo that has nice dishes, pots and pans, cutlery, even sharp knifes. We have recently tiled, painted, replaced all beds, furniture, linens, etc. You will love the Aloha touches.
Master bedroom has its own lanai, ensuite bathroom, King Bed, mirrored closet, TV, lots of fine linens and a wonderful sea breeze. Second bedroom has two twin beds, mirrored closets, and lots of linens. The living room sofa opens into a queen sleeper. This unit sleeps six very comfortably.
TV's are in both the living room and master bedroom. The unit has two air conditioners, one in the living room and one in the master bedroom, but with the ceiling fans in every room and the sea breeze you will find you will not need them. Although the condominium complex has elevators, to enter our unit you will have to climb a few flights of stairs.
Kamaole Beach, is just onehalf block away. (you can see it in one of our photos) This is one of the best life guarded beaches in Maui. Snorkel, Boogie board, Swim, enjoy the sun, and walk your days away.
Kihei Alii Kai, is within walking distance to shopping, the beach, and many great restaurants.
Extra's in our units include beach towels, beach umbrella, cooler, beach chairs and lots of Aloha relaxation. You can enjoy the pool, hot tub, tennis courts, two locations for BBQ, sauna, lounge chairs at the pool and on your own lanai. This is a quiet complex, centrally located, and close to everything.

Excellent vacation! Everything about the condo was fabulous; location, well-equipped kitchen, sleeping arrangement, linens/towels, some toys to play with. Best of all- it came with perfect weather! To quote my early twenties crowd "best vacation ever". Would we come back........in a heart beat!

We stayed at Barb & Gerry's condo for just over a week in late April 2011 with our family - for the second time. The condo is fabulous and the Ali'i Kai is the best property we have ever stayed at on Maui. This condo is perfectly located in the complex (close to the street for loading/unloading and overlooking the pool) and has everything you could possibly need for your vacation. The rooms are ideally laid out for a family and having two bathrooms is awesome. The lanai is super spacious and adds a whole room to this already spacious unit. Love everything about this place including the gracious and hospitable owners. We will definitely be back!

A home away from home... Everything available to make our stay wonderful. You will be truly delighted with the comfort and convenience of this holiday property. We hosted a bbq for our family, all there for our daughters wedding and the manager reserved tables by the pool and the bbqs for our lunch time getogether. The pool is sheltered from any late afternoon trade winds, but the condo is located to catch any breeze and eliminate the need for air con... (which is availabe if required).. we didn't need it. A stone's throw from the beach and a wonderful walk to snorkelling and swimming, you will not be disappointed with this venue. Maui at its best.

Beautiful home away from home in Maui, Hawaii! This is a gorgeous condo with wonderful amenities. View of ocean from balcony, a short walk (1 block) to the beach and front door overlooks the pool. You can walk to a whole foods store, activity rentals, eating establishments and souvenir shopping. A quick 10 minute drive and you are at a great snorkeling area. Best vacation ever for us! We will be back to visit Maui and hope we can reserve this condo every time!

The condo is beautiful, clean and in a great location. It was everything shown in the pictures and more. The condo was a good size and the kitchen had everything we needed. The beach chairs provided were nice to use. The beach seems to be less than two minutes from the door of the condo. The beach had great swimming (very safe and has a lifeguard) and has great snorkelling (the left of the beach just off shore from the rocky point). Barb was great to deal with. She was fast to answer all questions and was very friendly. She called on our first day to see if everything was okay. I had an amazing time and am so grateful that I was able to spend the time in this condo. It was beautiful, clean in a perfect location for the beach and activates I had booked. Kihei is a great location to cover all of Maui from. I recommend this condo to anyone thinking of traveling to Maui. Great price. Amazing location. Wonderful service. Thanks Barb and Gerry.
