  This was our first stay at this beach house. The house was very spacious, well maintained, and comfortable. We particularly enjoyed the unobstructed view of the bay. The kitchen appliances (including a gas range) were excellent. The furniture was comfortable and the bedrooms were spacious. We enjoyed the pool (just across the street) and the basketball court (a short walk away). There are plenty of food stores and restaurants nearby and the beach is a short drive. The owner was a pleasure to work with and very responsive to calls and e-mails. We plan to rent again next summer!

  Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.

  The house was lovely, clean and very large, bathrooms attached to every bedroom. The view is beautiful and the area quiet and clean. The pool across the road was great for us with 2 small children as well as the small playground. Went to the beach most days too, very close by. Also, there is a Food Lion 5 minutes away, we aren't very organised, so great to go to at the end of the day. Found lots of good places to eat too, all close by. Info in the house about restaurants and take-aways. Would love to go back in 2 years. The owner was fantastic with her service.

  We had an awesome vacation at this beach house. The house is spacious and clean, has a beautiful view, especially at sunrise, and is in a very convenient location. The community was quiet and pretty with nice amenities. The drive to the beach is easy. The owner was wonderful to work with and we will definately return to this beach house in the near future!!

  This condo was great. Although it's not right on the beach, it only takes 6 minutes to get to the ocean so that you can play at the beach during the day and then relax in the peace & quiet of this condo community at night. It has a lovely view of the bay and is clean, pretty and comfortable. You will love the big comfy chair in the screened in porch looking out to the bay or the hammock down on the patio if you're looking for a good place for a nap.

  Renting with the owner could not have been easier! Very responsive to our inquiries and knowledgeable about area attractions. The decor is lovely and the waterview wonderful!

  Rented 3 weeks in August, 2009. Wonderful family vacation. Layout was perfect for the entire family. Quiet and peaceful setting. Community had alot to offer and was very friendly.Well furnished. Looking forward to returning. Owner was very helpful and organized.

  I had the pleasure of spending time in this gorgeous home last summer. It's an immaculately furnished beach getaway that felt like home. The close proximity to the beach, shops and dining, yet it's privacy and tranquil setting away from the main drag made this an ideal spot. I couldn't resist late afternoons lounging poolside either! I look forward to spending more time in this bay view beach house.
