Beautiful remodeled condo with breathtaking views of the ocean. The kitchen is designer quality and the bathrooms have showers with a tub. Also, a large (4 person) beautifully tiled soaking tub is included as part of the rooftop patio. What a great place to relax and sip champagne! Sunbathe on the rooftop patio or stargaze in the evening.
The complex has a pool area for guests and also a basketball court on site. Walking distance to Audencia Beach (5 minutes), restaurants, shopping, golf, etc. Taxis and bus service are close by.
This rental is for 3 levels; a lower unit, an upper unit, and the rooftop patio (rented together to one party at a time). The basics of both units are essentially the same; they include a living room. bedroom (the bed provisions are different), bathroom, kitchen, balcony, and walk-in closet. The upper unit also includes a private stairway up to a new small bedroom loft and to the furnished rooftop patio and new tiled soaking tub.

- Audencia Beach (a 5 minute walk) is one of the finest and safest swimming beaches in Manzanillo. The beach has many amenities (for pesos) such as a flea market, food, drinks, and jet ski rental. The big boat snorkel trip is lots of fun (about $25 US including beer and dancing!).
