The Grand Lake home is a perfect family retreat and we do accept credit cards, please inquire for more details. Our home is located with quick and easy access (within 1/2 mile) of all of the following: Grand Lake, Grand Lake Golf Course, Rocky Mountain National Park, and Arapaho National Forest (10 minute drive). View wildlife including elk, moose, deer, fox, and black bear that can often be seen on the property. This home is a fun and relaxing getaway with plenty of entertaining areas. Nice furnishings, seclusion and an inviting fire pit with pre-cut fire wood. These are just a couple nice amenities this home has to offer.

- No Pets Allowed: Sorry no pets allowed, there is a doggie day care in Winter Park that we highly recommend, where dog's can play with other dogs and will be well cared for.
- Kid Friendly: Children love to enjoy this house because their is plenty of room for them inside and out.
- Minimum Age Limit for Renters: Must be 18 years of age to rent or be accompanied by an adult.
- Smoking Not Allowed: Welcome to smoke outside the house. Please do not discard butts on property, this may cause a fire and/or additional cleaning fees.

Why the Owner Chose Grand Lake
This was not purchased to be a vacation home, we are doing the vacation rental to keep the home in the family. We lived in the home as our primary residence and haven't been able to part with the property even though we no longer call it home.
