We stayed for two nights at this condo and found it to be just perfect for our golf outing at Fairfield Glade. The location is perfect to getting everywhere you want to go and with in walking distance of coffee :) If you don't want to make your own. The unit is furnished very nice and it has all the convieniences one needs, including laundry. Theresa takes care of your reservations and goes above and beyond to make sure your every question is answered and your needs are met. Excellent expirience and will use this unit again and again when we visit the area. Don't miss a night at the Playhouse in Crossville, A trip to the Ministers Tree House, Dinner or lunch at Victors in Crossville, and dinner at the clubhouse at Druid Hills Golf course is always good.

Thanksgiving Holiday

My wife and I rented the Condo for the Thanksgiving Holiday. It provided a great place for us to entertain our two grown children and their spouses, AND a new Grandson. The location is convenient for shopping and "last minute" dinner party necessities. The Condo, itself, is very comfortable. The furnishings were very nice and provided an elegant homey feel. Our Son referred to it as the best hotel he had ever stayed in. We will certainly recommend it to our friends, as the value was a definite PLUS!!!

We throughly enjoyed our stay. Sitting on the back deck watching the chipmunks play in the leaves was so very relaxing. The condo was very clean and offered everything we needed for our stay. Our husbands were close to the golf courses and we were close to areas where we could shop. We especially enjoyed the Rusty Rooster!! We would recommend the condo to our friends and would stay there again.

Throughly enjoyed our week at the condo. It was just like being at home! The condo looked just like it did on the website. We had everything we needed and it was in such a good location and was very well kept up. Sure hope we can come back next year! Theresa was so nice to us and so helpful with our rental and gave us alot of info about the area. Sorry we didn't get to meet her this trip. She even called during the week to check on us. The bathrooms are extremely small and beds too soft for our taste, but Theresa was very friendly and even supplied a card for member savings at the local Food City which really came in handy. We enjoyed being able to have our pet with us, the internet being provided, and the laundry facilities.

We stayed at the condo to be reasonably close to our son/family that moved to Crossville June 2010. The location was close to many attractions, wish we could have spent more time sightseeing. Met Theresa AND the renters at the condo next door, had fun comparing info on what to see in the area. The condo had everything we needed, enjoyed the deck & lakeview. Great walking areas everywhere & restaurants. We left a few more brochures behind, as others had, so you can plan the areas you want to visit. We are not golfers, but MANY courses nearby, as well as water sports. We would stay again, IF we do not bring our RV next time ! Many THANKS, Theresa. Will keep in touch.

The location of this condo is so convenient to all Fairfield Glade has to offer; golf, restaurants, grocery store, the community center. While there are beds for six people, I think you might be a bit crowded with six people in the unit. We enjoyed the DVD library as the weather was less than perfect for a couple days that we were there. The unit was clean and had all we needed (except a local telephone book). There was a lot of tourist information available on the shelf. Recommend for anyone who appreciates great golf.

Our visit to this property was an enjoyable experience. The property was as described in the listing and the property was clean and well maintained. We enjoyed the Fairfield Glade amenities including the pool and exercise facilities. The location was a good central location for exploring FFG and the Crossville area. There were several nice parks in the area that were fun to explore. The owner was very accommodating and easy to work with. I would recommend this property to others.

Property clean, well stocked kitchen and baths and the furniture was very comfortable. Enjoyed the flat screens in both bedrooms and the beds were really comfortable. Had a medical emergency while staying and the owners went above the call of duty to see that we were comfortable. The condo is very clean and updated. The flat screens are nice, the only downfall is the master bedroom is very small without a master bath. I liked the covered parking and that we could bring our dog. The owner is very helpful and was prompt at helping me with any issues. I have stayed in Crossville many times over the past few years. I would stay in this condo again.

I recently returned from my second annual Thanksgiving week trip to this condo and everything went smoothly as expected. This is the second year in a row that my family has stayed and the condo and we have enjoyed it each time. The second bedroom is perfect for the kids and the new flatscreen TV's were a nice upgrade this year. The condo is in a great location at Fairfield Glade and I would happily recommend staying here. Ms. Osteen always answers your emails quickly and deposits are returned timely as well.

Our Week at Fairfield Glade

The condo was just as great as the review pictures. The 3 flat screen TV's in the living room and both bedrooms were great. It is well maintained with newer furniture throughout including the beds and nicely decorated. Theresa was very helpful with any questions and also provided a small selection of DVDs as well as a book she put together with pamphlets and information on things to do in the area, including the Cumberland Playouse (which was OK) and various state parks, including Fall Creek Falls (beautiful), which we also stayed at a couple days following our stay at the condo. We brought our bikes and were able to bike (on the bike path) to the Recreational Center about a mile away (where we took a "Pickle Ball" lesson in the morning and played a foursome in the afternoon and now we're hooked). We're looking forward to staying there next summer!

We just spent 4 glorious days in this lovely condo and can't say enough good things about it. We have stayed in many vacation homes and this was one of the best! There is everything there that you could possibly want, beds were extremely comfortable, the unit was very clean, the kitchen well stocked, lovely deck to sit and enjoy. Two girlfriends and I had the pleasure of staying at this condo at Fairfield Glade. It was perfect for us. We loved the location, the ease of finding it (great directions Theresa!), the decor in the condo, the deck, everything!! We all three commented on the wonderful, restful sleep that we had.....good beds! The peacefulness and the serene lake make a visit here super! Theresa is awesome to deal with and made our birthday celebration extra special....thanks so much! We will definitely return!! We also enjoyed a very good dinner at Forte's on the Square.

Condo was well-equipped and in good repair. Most of the furnishings seemed new or nearly new, and the entire place was very clean. I didn't find the sofas and beds particularly comfortable, but that's a matter of personal preference rather than a reflection on the furnishings themselves. There were plenty of towels, sheets, blankets, etc. The only things I wanted but did not find were channel guides for the televisions and a dish-drainer in the kitchen for hand-washed items. I didn't rent until the last-minute, and then I extended an additional day after I already was there. Throughout the entire process, Ms. Osteen went the extra mile; she was incredibly helpful and patient. In addition, although I live all the way across the country, my damage deposit refund was in my mailbox the Monday after my Friday check-out--three days! It's always a little unsettling dealing with owners you're not familiar with, but that uneasiness went away quickly--these folks are the real deal. It's the first place I'll look for next time I visit.

There are so many good reviews for this absolutely wonderful condo. Every good thing that has been said is true and then some. Everything we needed was in the condo from very comfortable beds, a well-equipped kitchen, flat screen TV’s in both bedrooms and the living room, big closets, and a must--high speed internet. We also had the pleasure of meeting the Osteens and they made us feel like we were family. If you are looking for super clean, comfortable and convenient lodging--this is definitely a wise choice. I hope I never have to stay in a hotel or motel again. This condo is far superior. Also, we were there when the weather was in the high 90's and frequent rain storms. The covered carpot kept our car and us dry during the storms and cool during the heat. Our dog, Sky also enjoyed the walks around the lake and visiting with all the neighbors. Next year, we plan to rent both condos and bring more family members.

Family Vacation

Arrived on July 4th and the fireworks were great right there on Lake Catherine.The covered carport was very nice; our grandchildren had their bikes and enjoyed biking every day. Mrs. Osteen has many of the things provided that you normally have to go out and buy. The condo was very nice (great flat screen TVs in every room); we grilled on the deck most nights. Enjoyed the beaches and the Wed night Fish Fry. Food City is only 1/2 mile and very good place to shop; Grandchildren also enjoyed the Rec Center especially on a rainy day and night. Fall Creek Falls is a beautiful day trip. We hope to go back again on a grown up trip and enjoy the golf and Cumberland Playhouse. Thanks, Theresa for providing good info for our vacation plans.

FFG Getaway

We came over with another couple for a quick getaway and the condo fit the bill in every way. It was very spacious and clean. We enjoyed the living area and deck. The kitchen is great as is the grill on the deck. We ate in every night and it worked out well. There is big, new grocery store very close (but outside FFG) to get supplies, very reasonable. We swam at the beach and pool, played golf, rented a pontoon boat, etc. The covered parking and entry to the one level condo made coming and going very convenient. We missed the flat screens by about a week but I hear they are in place now! We did get to break in a new couch and that was nice. All that to say, it’s obvious they are conscious as to keeping things up to date and nice. The Osteens' were there one day working on the unit next door which they also own. It is very nice as well. I would recommend this condo for sure. Especially for the rates, which I think are very reasonable, I do not think you will be disappointed.

Family Vacation

My family and I stayed here for twelve (12) days over the 2010 Memorial Day weekend. I knew as soon as we drove up to our condo is was going to be a great place to hang out, it is located right on the main roadway, the area was neat and clean and on top of that Theresa happened to be there to greet us! When you walk in, it feels like a home away from home. It is sparkling clean inside, the beds were to die for and the lake view was fantastic. The pictures on the internet do reflect the condo, but the interior has been upgraded and a few extra touches have been added. My husband and I are avid golfers so that was our priority while visiting here. There is no shortage of golf courses around here! Our son was at the recreation center everyday and of course we were fishing off the community dock every evening. We were playing putt-putt golf at Pirates Plauteau just about every other day and on occasion got take out food from the mini mall - Italian and Mexican, which of course was great. I actually enjoyed cooking our meals "at home" even though mom was supposed to be on vacation too. We have stayed in the area before and had a great family vacation, but actually staying at the Glade was even better because everything is really close. Oh, I almost forgot to mention, we are from Florida and had brought our bikes in order to ride the trails, but the small hills around here did us in, we were no match for the trails! Probably the best thing about the condo was the fact I was able to bring one of my favorite members of our family, that would be our dog Reilly - he was with us every where we went! I would absolutely recommend if you are going to be in the Fairfield Glade area, this is a choice location and a fantasic condo to stay at, and the owner's are not half bad either!!!! My husband, 5 year old and I stayed in this condo at Christmas time. It was wonderful. I loved that it was on one level. VERY clean. I wish the toilet/shower area was larger but the vanity area had lot of room. Love that there was a washing machine even though we didn't need to use it. Nice full kitchen. We used the pots/pans/measuring cups, etc...so that was great to have. Wish the TV were larger. Living room area is very cozy. Dining area was a great plus. Beds were super comfy which was nice after a long day with the relatives. I would DEFINITELY stay here again.

Last winter we had rented the condo from the Osteen family for 2 months and had a very pleasant and stress free experience. Staying there we found the unit clean and nicely furnished with all the amenities including internet access. The owners were very gracious and accommodating to our needs by giving us recommendations on what to do in the area. We always travel with our dog and being able to stay there with him was a big plus. Fairfield Glades provides a lot of entertainment includeing golf, swimming, fishing, horseback riding, hiking, tennis and culteral theaters. We will definitely be back therre when we stay in Tennessee again.

Last winter we rented a condo. unit from the Osteen Family and had nothing but a pleasant and stress free time there. They were very accommodating with our needs and very nice people to deal with . They gave us some ideas on what to do in the area during our stay . The unit was very clean and well kept and meet all our expectations and needs including internet access . Fairfield Glades offers a lot in the area including fishing,Golfing.hiking,horseback riding,tennis, etc.etc. . We always travel with our dog so this also was a plus having him able to stay with use . We are definitely going back when we vacation in Tennessee next year .

We have visited Fairfield Glade for the last 20 years. We never tire of the beautiful scenery, breathtaking views, the many spectacular golf courses, or the laid-back atmosphere of this very friendly community. My husband and I stayed for the month of August. We found the condo exactly what we were looking for. It accommodated all of our needs and wants. We sat on the patio enjoying the view of the lake and cool breeze. The ducks/geese on the lake are entertaining. Lots of restaurants in the area and in Crossvile. Fabulous Grocery Store within a mile. We found this condo to be immaculate and clean and very comfortable. Owners are very nice and checked in several times to see if we needed anything. When we plan our next trip to TN, we will definitely stay here.

This was a fantastic getaway for us! We are casual golfers and were thrilled staying right next to the courses. Fairfield Glade is lovely. The lakes were a nice break from the golf course, too! Loved walking around the area, enjoying the quiet scenery. Great eats at Manny & Isabella's, but we loved grilling out on the back porch at night, too (rocking chairs included!). Can't wait till next year!
