This two story vacation rental is in a quiet fishing community only a few miles from all Costa Rica has to offer for fun. Golf, surfing, zip line, nature tours, etc. are all within an easy drive. This three bedroom two bath home, has two living room areas and is fully air-conditioned, as needed. Local, English speaking Property manager will help you settle in. Park your rental car in a safe, covered, off street parking area. Playground equipment for kids. Small safe dipping pool for kids and adults to cool off in. Shaded patio for resting, and relaxing.

Monthly rental ................................ $2000-$2500/month
Christmas/New Years/Easter/March Break ........ $1000/wk
Security Deposit of $300 which is refundable within 3 days after departure.
Deposit of half of rental monies are required in order to secure reservation.
Rates are based on 6 person occupancy. $10/night extra per person over 6.
