Why the Owner Chose North Topsail Beach
North Topsail Beach is a great family beach. We vacationed here in 2003 and fell in love with the relaxing feel of this beach! It has great sand, light surf and we usually see dolphin swimming close to shore! St Regis Resort is a small community and the homeowners just did a $20,000,000. remodel. We also totally remodeled the interior. New tile floors, new kitchen with granite counters, new appliances and new baths!
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
There is much to do in North Topsail beach, you can surf, swim in the ocean, indoor pool or outdoor pool. Play tennis, go to the arcade, work out in the updated facility, we even have a hot tub and a suana. Close by there are boat rentals, seadoo rentals and putt putt and of course golf courses, bike paths just to name a few!Just a great place to enjoy family time!

My family and I moved to Atlanta 11 years ago from sunny Fort Lauderdale. The one thing we all missed the most was our beach time. After trying many beaches in Georgia, South Carolina and North Carolina we found North Topsail Beach and fell in love!We found it was a great place to relax and just be a family without all the stress and running we do in our everyday life! After vacationing there for a couple of years we deceided to buy our own condo. Since the St Regis was undergoing major renovations we deceided to take the 6 months our unit wouldn't be available and renovate the inside as well!
We all love Topsail for different reason but it is the one place we all enjoy!It is such a treat to wake up every morning and enjoy our coffee while watching the ships head out for the day!
We hope you love North Topsail as much as we do!

This was a very charming condo; clean, tastefully decorated and is in a good location. Perfect size for a couple. Beautiful view of the sunrise and sunset. Would have liked a better view of the Ocean but the evening view over the pool is stunning. Would definitely stay here again.

This was our second year for vacationing at Topsail Island and our first at this particular condo. The pictures and descriptions provided were completely accurate. The condo was great! Tastefully decorated, clean, and completely updated. The owner was very helpful and quick to respond to answer any questions asked. We are already planning next years vacation and plan to rent this same condo again! Thank you so much for allowing us the opportunity to share your vacation home. Our family stayed for a week and it was wonderful!! The condo was great! The beach was steps away and so was the pool! The photos and description was right on target! We have never vacationed in North Carolina but will add it to our vacation list! Hope to rent it again!! Thanks for a great vacation!!

I just wanted to say what a wonderful time we had at the beach this year. This was our first time going to NC vs Florida and we had a great time. The condo was in perfect location overlooking the pool which made it real easy to watch the kids from. The rooms were great and spacious. I truly think we went home with half the ocean from all the sea shells my daughter collected. If you are looking for a place to relax and get away from the city life this is the place to stay. Oh by the way we saw several dolphins swimming the coast line what a beautiful site.
