We stayed at the Moonshine Farm 6 weeks during September and October, 2010. We enjoyed our time there and whether we were just relaxing in the lovely home and surroundings or visiting nearby state parks and quiet little towns and communities, we never ran out of things to do. The owners are such nice people and the little garden they had planted for the use of visitors was a wonderful surprise. We intend to go back soon.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, people with disabilities, sightseeing, adventure seekers, girls getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

We were totally surprised when we got to the top of the hill and saw the beautiful place we had rented. Benny ane Barbara were great hosts, and we really enjoyed our first visit to West Virginia. The only reason we didn't come back this year was that Jim really isn't able to travel any more, and I was afraid for us to attempt a long trip. We have told friends about our nice experience in the mountains with the deer, turkeys, raccoons etc. and would recommend Moonshine farm to anyone. Marge and Jim Dash
