High rate May-Oct (plus holidays) Low rate Nov-Apr.
Security deposit $400 at time of booking. Full refund if
cancellation occurs 2 weeks prior to arrival, otherwise forfeited.
Cleaning fee $150
Certified funds due 1 month prior to arrival for entire stay.

This was probably the very best rental I have ever found on VRBO, or for that matter any other source. It was an absolute pleasure renting it!!! The house was immaculate and has exceptional amenities and furnishings. It is stated the house is 2,000 square feet but, the way the house is open and laid out, the house appears to be much larger. The views out the back are tremendous; and it is so quiet and serene. The location, within the gates of Forest Highlands, is exceptional. The Forest Highlands Security was very friendly and extremely helpful. Even though the house is on a cul-de-sac, it is not at all close to the surrounding houses which makes it very private and quiet. The new, high-quality bath linens were very much enjoyed, as well as the cozy, high-quality bed linens. The unit has very nice mattresses, which is sometimes a rarity in rental units. The kitchen was furnished outstandingly. I am somewhat of a good cook, so it was a pleasure having a nicely furnished kitchen. Sometimes rental unit kitchens are pitifully furnished. Not so, with this one!!! I would highly recommend this rental. The listing photos accurate reflect the rentals appearance and amenities. The owner was most helpful with questions and provided detail, complete rental instructions. It is evident the owner has made an effort to provide an outstanding rental. All in all, a fabulous rental. The only downside was....."leaving"....I wish I had rented it for a longer period of time. I will definitely rent it again and eagerly look forward to the next stay.
