The bedrooms all have remote control mini Split air conditioning, dressing table, bureaus and large closets. The beds are optional, can be twins beds and King size, up to you. We have wire less internet in the main terrace and the studio.

We stayed here recently and loved it. (We were 4 adults plus 2 active, pre-teen kids) It’s not ‘fancy’ like a 5-star hotel. It’s a real mexican house and it’s absolutely lovely. It’s really big – airy – lots of fans and windows and AC (though we never needed it) 3 full bathrooms-more than enough. Spotlessly clean. Has a huge kitchen area with big windows that open to a well-maintained pool and a beautiful jungle of lush tropical plants, plus a massive outdoor dining/lounge area, with full-on sunset light. Spent every afternoon up there reading, playing board games and enjoying pre-dinner margaritas. You wake to the sound of songbirds and feel like you’re in the middle of nowhere, yet the wide, open beach is just a short walk down a sleepy sidestreet, and there are plenty of really good places to eat within easy walking distance. We made many meals in the house, as it was well-equipped with a big fridge, and unlimited filtered water. The owners are lovely and helpful – they provided beach towels, chairs and umbrellas, and they have a big ‘ol dog, Graco who will make you feel even more welcome. Plus a cat, who’s name escapes me. We just called him “gatto’ Highly recommend!Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children, pet owners, romantic getaway.

Spent a month here with 5 adults and 3 children. Great location- 2 blocks to beach, 2 blocks to bus stop and short walk to restaurants, shops. House is spacious and very comfortable. Pool area very nice but vegetation on property is very overgrown. Onsite maintenance man was advised of a few concerns we had but nothing was done about it. Very secure location as it is a gated yard with a dog on the property. The cleaning lady comes every 3 days and does a great job. Overall, excellent location but the house does need some maintenance done to it. Great place for a family to spend some time together!Recommended for: Tourists without a car, families with teenagers, families with young children.
