This is a very unique 4 bedroom - 3 bath beautiful and secluded home, in the Sierra Nevada Mountains. It's about 45 minutes from both the town of Truckee and Northstar Ski resort. This house is a perfect quiet getaway from your busy everyday life. It's not the typical Tahoe home as it has 10 acres of land and is surrounded by wilderness ... not other houses!
In the winter, you can enjoy skiing, sledding or snowshoeing right out the back door, in the summer you can hike and mountain bike and enjoy the wildflowers and cool mountain air.
The house was built in 2002, and is very comfortable, with wonderful views and afternoon mountain light. It's well-built, and has all of the modern amenities.
