Spring is here and a perfect time to get away and still take advantage of the winter special. The outlet mall is perfect for getting a group of friends together and doing some shopping and get ready for summer. This is a CLEAN, updated, LARGE condo with three bedrooms and two full baths. Nice four season room off the back for sitting out enjoying the scenery. We are currently offering this condo at a discount from off peak pricing. We know the economy is affecting everyone but still, we all need to get away and relax. This condo is located on the property of the Four Seasons Racquet and Country club, a Four Diamond resort at the Lake of the Ozarks, and includes all of the amenities offered. The location is such that there are 4 outdoor swimming pools within walking distance of the unit and one is right across the parking lot. There is a total of six outdoor pools and one indoor heated pool, two hot tubs and a sauna perfect for the cold weather months.

There are many amenities and activities to do. How about GOLF? There are two 18 hole, Championship golf courses on the property, they are Jack Nicklaus and Robert Trent Jones designed. Not to mention 15 other golf courses all within 30 minutes. TENNIS? On site is the Van De Meer Tennis University. Amenities also inslude RACQUETBALL, MASSAGE, a full service spa is within walking distance. Dedicated to staying in shape? There is a state of the art WORK OUT out facility right next to the Spa. The hotel features the Bourbon Street Grill restaurant and NIGHTCLUB/LOUNGE with live entertainment. No need to use the car or leave the grounds for a full vacation. SHOPPING? The famous Lake of the Ozarks outlet mall is just a few minutes away and highly recommended for those days recovering from the sun or going shopping for the holidays. FISHING? You will have access to 3 priviate fishing lakes nearby.

Lake access is right across the road as well, so guest with boats are welcome. There is also a private boat ramp and slips are available on a first reserved basis.
