Our newly renovated and professionally appointed home is a warm retreat for a winter get-a-way. We are located in a gated country club community with access to a heated pool with designated lap lanes, tennis, fitness center and dining room facility for monthly rentals. We sit on the 14th fairway with an unobstructed view of Black Mountain.
The home has multiple living spaces and is a very open design. Walking the streets of Terravita is a popular activity among the residents. We are a 1.5 mile walk to a grocery store, drycleaners, restaurants, video rental, and pharmacy. Bikes are available for your use.
We are located near Cave Creek and Carefree and can access many wonderful hiking trails in the area. We are also only 1.5 hour drive to Sedona.

$250 transfer fee for 3 + months (pool, fitness, diningroom)
