Topsail Time is located in The Village of Stump Sound, an exclusive island community located in North Topsail Beach. The quiet, family friendly community features a private member-only clubhouse, pool and tennis court for our guests to use. Enjoy ocean views from kitchen, family room, and all of the bedrooms. The small fenced yard is gated with access to a private walkway leading to the beach. Parking for up to 5 cars with covered parking for two cars.
First Level: The covered entry porch has an inviting wicker rocker and pretty views of the sound. Enter a tiled foyer, to a bright and welcoming space. This level offers a hall closet with full sized washer and dryer; two bathrooms; and three spacious bedrooms, each with access to a screened, ocean front deck.
The first bedroom is a classic cottage styled room, complete with white, four-poster Queen bed, dressed in a pretty, pastel quilt. Flanked by two cherry end tables and offset with an antique dresser. The guest here will enjoy an alarm clock, cable TV and DVD player as well as private access to the bathroom. The second bedroom has a Queen sleigh bed and oversized dresser. The phone and alarm clock are on the end table; An antique, marble top dresser holds a cable, flat screen TV. The third bedroom is a garden-like retreat with private access to a bath with a trundle bed, A pair of night tables and small dresser compliment the white, wicker entertainment center with a large cable TV and VCR. The ceiling fan, alarm clock, and access to the ocean front deck make this room a comfortable retreat. The fourth bedroom has a bunk bed that is a twin on top and a comfortable futon which converts to a double on the bottom
The screened, oceanfront deck offers amazing views of the ocean, a cushioned porch swing and plenty of places to sit back and unwind. Relax in one of the wicker chairs.
Second Level: The stairs leading to the Second Level are well lit with two nicely detailed windows. A sturdy handrail eases your ascent into the great room of this home. The living room is furnished with a new, soft sea foam green sofa sleeper; matching love seat, and a leather recliner. There is a flat screen TV with cable. A surround sound system, VCR, DVD player, and stereo system are in a cabinet for your entertainment. A sliding glass door invites you to a beautiful sundeck. Furnished with white wicker, this sundeck offers amazing views of the ocean.
The spacious kitchen has all the necessities and many extras. A breakfast bar that seats four doubles as extra storage and prep area. A butcher-block island sits under a hanging rack of cookware. The side-by-side refrigerator has an in-door water and ice dispenser. There is a smooth surface range, microwave and the dishwasher. Fully stocked with an amazing assortment of gourmet tools, gadgets and essentials.
The dining area has a gorgeous new table with enough space to seat 8.
There is a separate living and entertainment area -- great for the kids or use it as a private retreat just for you. With a wicker trundle bed, library of books, several board games and toys; There is a stereo TV, DVD player, tons of CDs, and a natural light show at sunset that will dazzle everyone of any age.
Additionally, there is a quaint bedroom with private access to the ocean side sun deck. The white furnishings complete a cottage look and the TV/VCR provides entertainment.
Enjoy all the comforts of home and more at Topsail Time. This home offers 5 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, and will accommodate 11 guests. There is also wireless high-speed internet access.

If you want a wonderful ocean view, a lovely home and one that is very well equipped, Topsail Time is the place to go! So peaceful and just a short walk to the beach or the pool! We found it very clean, plenty of linens and towels...even provided beach towels and chairs. We did a lot of cooking and the kitchen is the best equipped of any place we have ever stayed. It was a perfect place for our 2 year old grandson with plenty of room to play. Thank you, Nancy, for sharing your home.
Recommended for:Girls getaway, families with young children, age 55+.

My family and I have just returned from our second stay at "topsail time" in 2 years and this house is perfect for a family! Our furry babies love it, the furnishings are not "beach wicker", it is just a warm, wonderful house, very well furnished, supplied and taken care of. We highly recommend it. Thanks Nancy for sharing your home, we'll be back again.

We have had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful home twice. It has been a pleasure both times. The house is welcoming, comfortable, very clean,tastefully decorated, the kitchen is great, and the views are wonderful. The screened porch is welcoming and peaceful. The neighborhood is quiet. From the moment we stepped in the door, we felt at home and look forward to more visits in the future. A special thanks to Nancy for allowing us the pleasure of spending our time at her home.

My family and I had a wonderful, relaxed time in this lovely house. I think that what made our time more enjoyable was to see Kaya (My daughter and son-in-law'sGerman Shepard) and Cody (our other daughter and son-in-law small dog) play by the beach, they had a blast! We were there while Ike paid a visit to that area, but it was fun to see the the big waves and hear the ocean's roars through the night. We sincerely appreciate the owners of the house allowing our pets in the house. Very comfortable house. We would go back there anytime.
