This recently remodeled and redecorated home has, as one guest wrote, "quiet serenity." Located just three miles from downtown Morro Bay, this home will enchant you with the breathtaking views and luxury appointments.

This 2600 square foot home provides four bedrooms:

Evening in Paris King Suite: Extra Large Suite with separate sitting area, Full Bath with Japanese Soaking Tub and Private Rear Deck shared with the Oriental Delight King Room. Also has a 20" TV and DVD. You will love the "Englander Cloud Bed" mattress toping a Brass and Gunmetal Bed. This room is decorated with a Paris theme including a large tapestry and original oils.

Oriental Delight King: Large Room facing the Mountains and sharing a private Bay View deck with the King Room. A California King Sealy Pillow top mattress awaits your dreams. This room is decorated with original art from Thailand, and Bali. This room also features a 17" TV.

Art Deco Room: Good sized room with a full and a twin bed sharing a bathroom with the Orental Delight King room. You will find this room very tastefully decorated with restored 1930's Heywood Wakefield furniture and original art.

Lower Queen Room: This room has a very comfortable Queen Futon. It has inside access to the upstairs and can be used as a day room for your children as it also has a TV that can be used to hook up your video games. This room can also be entered by a separate entrance at the side of the home.

Bird watchers will delight at the close proximity to the Bay and the opportunity to observe an amazingly diverse selection of migratory and indigenous birds.

When its time to relax and prepare dinner is when this home will really shine.

The kitchen is fully-equipped featuring a New Dacor Gas Cooktop and a New Gas Oven. It has a breakfast nook with seating for 3 with a Full Bay View. The full-size gas grill located on the deck off the kitchen will yield sumptuous meals. You can then entertain in the formal dining room with seating room for ten.

After dinner retreat to the large 18 X 22 living room for a movie on the High Definition Pioneer 58" BIG SCREEN TV with HD DVD player or just to relax and enjoy the Bay and Rock views. On certain evenings the barking of seals and the roar of the ocean can be heard. When the time comes to retire you will find all new Sealy bedding and an Englander Natural foam bed located in the Master bedroom.

  • Our family of 6 (mom, dad and 4 kids) just spent a wonderful Labor Day weekend at this fabulous house. It has every amenity you could want and is a great alternative to a hotel. The setting is postcard perfect. This is more like your own house than a rental property. We are already cooking up a reason to visit the area and rent from the Juren's again. There were no surprises and everything was just as they advertised. They are obviously committed to your pleasure with the rental. Broadband wireless internet was nice. The kids thought the whole experience was great.

  • I stayed in this house with my family, my parents, and my brother's family in early August of 2006. It is a beautiful house. Unlike many rentals that are decorated with a mishmash of garage sale scores and Salvation Army reject furniture, this place actually feels like home. The furniture is contemporary and quite comfortable. The view from the house is beautiful; it sits about 150' from the back end of Morro Bay, and from the family/living room, kitchen, and master bedroom, you can see great views of the bay. It is quite literally a million-dollar view, as I'm sure this house would sell for at least that amount were it put up for sale. When you're not looking at the million-dollar view, they have a massive big-screen TV. Unlike many rentals I've tried, this house has a properly-equipped kitchen, and all the appliances are up-to-date. We have gotten used to bringing all manner of extra kitchen equipment to the rental houses we've tried in the past, but it was unnecessary in this case. There is also a nice gas grill on one of the decks, which does a great job, so long as you keep the wind from blowing out the burners. The neighborhood is basically quiet; you do hear some traffic from a nearby street, but it is not that much of a bother. The beds are comfortable, and with the use of the room that is accessed from the garage, the house can sleep 8 people comfortably. The only downside is the steep driveway, which makes the two-car garage into a one-car garage. As well, the house is sufficiently remote that you have to drive to get to any restaurant/store/etc. you want to go to. On a scale of 1-10, with 10 being best, I would give this house a 9. It's a great place to have a holiday.

  • Our family just spent a week in the Los Osos home and couldn't have been more pleased. It was perfect. Beautifully decorated and what a view! The eleven of us didn't feel a bit crowded (my wife and I, our three grown children and their spouses, and three grand children). The location is ideal - quiet and yet central to many attractions that are just a short drive. All in our group were so happy with the home that we would like to make it a yearly gathering spot for our family reunions.

  • Our family had a wonderful time at this home. The views of Morro Rock and the Bay are really fabulous. Plus, the house is centrally located so that it was a great “base” for us to go north, south and east without too far of a drive. In addition to touring around Los Osos and taking walks through the Elfin Forest, we also able to easily visit the towns of Morro Bay, Cambria, Cayucos, and San Luis Obispo, and visit places like Elephant Seals Beach and Avila Beach. The house is really beautiful -- lots of space to relax!

  • The Los Ossos/Morro bay home listed here was a great place to relax and enjoy the natural beauty of the area. It is located in an easy to find location that was away from the hustle and bustle of every day city life. We used the home for our annual YMCA Skate Camp Key Leaders retreat and thoroughly enjoyed the large living and dinning area as we planned our summer activates. I would definitely recommend this rental property to anyone who is looking for a serenely beautiful home in a great location. Thanks again Nick, for the use of your beautiful home. We will be back again next year!

  • A wonderful place to rest and relax. There are many things to get out and do around the area, but the "wall of windows" in the living room made me want to just "chill" and enjoy the view and ambiance. Very roomy and very nicely decorated. Master bedroom is great. 8 or 10 people could easily be here and not feel crowded. I loved the place

  • What a great place! Myself and three friends went down (from the Bay Area) for a weekend get-away, and it was really fabulous. There were only four of us, but the place could easily accomodate twice that number (well, maybe more like six, unless you're *real* friendly :-) Lots of good scenery, hiking and other outdoor type stuff. We really enjoyed the Fairy Forest just down the road from the house; and Morro Bay State park about 10 minutes away. We had a great time. Thanks.
