I TOOK MY HUSBAND AND YOUNG DAUGHTER TO THIS SITE AS WE HAD VISITED PAWLEYS ISLAND THE SUMMER OF 2010 AND HAD THE MOST WONDERFUL TIME. THIS WAS THE OPPOSITE. THE RENTAL WAS IN HORRIFIC SHAPE. THERE WERE ANIMAL STAINS ALL OVER THE RUGS AS WELL AS DOG URINE RUNNING DOWN THE GLASS DOOR, THERE WERE PET URINE STAINS ON ALL OF THE LIVING ROOM FURNITURE, THERE WAS A HOLE IN THE WALL AROUND AN ELECTRICAL OUTLET IN THE SMALL BEDROOM AND I HAD TO CLEAN BLOOD OUT OF THE TUB BEFORE I COULD GIVE MY CHILD A BATH. WE STAYED ONLY ONE NIGHT AND GOT THE HECK OUT OF THERE, SHE ENDED UP FIRING HER PROPERTY MANAGER OVER THIS BUT REFUSES TO GIVE ME A REFUND. BTW, WE CAME ALL THE WAY FROM NEW YORK.

Owner response:This is completely false. This guest and her family stayed 4 days at my unit, then left because there was an approaching hurricane. They tried to blame it on the condition of the condo, which was not true. They had done a walk-through inspection at check-in and said everything was great. If there was any damage to the unit, it was done by them. I did refund their damage deposit anyway, so I'm not sure what she is talking about or if she even has the right property or stay. I just stayed at the unit myself, and it’s in great shape!!!! Clean carpet, clean walls, clean furniture, and everything in great working order. I love it!

Very nice accomadations. Lots of room to move around in and great if you are taking your pet with you. If you golfl, there are superb golf courses within 5 miles to choose from. Would definitely use again.

The Perfect Condo

This condo was beautiful, clean, spacious, quiet, and in an attractive setting. The swimming pool was gorgeous and almost private at any time of day. The uncrowded beach was only 5 minutes away. The kitchen was well equipped, the air conditioning was ideal, the bedrooms and bathrooms were pleasant, all appliances were reliable – in short, everything was great. There was plenty of room for five adults and two children. Plus, it was pet friendly, which our cocker spaniel appreciated. We would definitely rent this condo again.

Rented for two weeks and We had 4 adults and 4 children had plenty of room and plenty of linens. Thank you we had a very enjoyable time. I will rent again for next year. Thanks for the extra pool passes.

Beautiful place, our family truly enjoyed the peaceful, clean, Condo. Great location and we will be back again and would recommend to other friends and family members. We felt right at home. Enjoyed every minute. Thank you! Web site gave us true expectation to what we had rented. Owner and property manager very accomodating. If you like Mexican, Habineros was wonderful! Pawleys Island was peaceful and very enjoyable - we will be back!

We loved it. We would love to go back again. Quite and a convenient location. We had two families sharing and had plenty of space and privacy too. Would recommend this condo! The ground floor was a great added plus!

This is the second time we have returned to True Blue, Pawley's Island. It is a lovely community, well maintained with many helpful permanent residents. My sister and I, as well as our dog Emma, had a truely wonderful holiday. I do not have words to describe the beauty of daily walks on the beach. We loved the local shops and restaurants. This year we visited Brookgreen Gardens - it is stunning ~ a "do not miss" for everyone.
