I enjoyed my stay at this condo in Pawleys Island,SC. The owner is very respectful and answered all my questions in a timely manner.The condo is fully equipped with anything you could want. It is a pet friendly condo and as a result has some of the markings of a home that has a dog. The photos of the place on the VRBO site are very accurate. This is a spacious place and could sleep eight folks. Super washer and dryer. Beautiful pool and hot tub. The place felt safe and secure.There are many fine places to dine nearby. The owner made getting to the condo very easy with her directions. If you golf this is a great place to stay. It is right between two of America's best courses and within miles of a number of other great courses. The Caledonia course may happen to be the nicest course other than Augusta in a 500 mile radius. The Steve Dresser golf Academy is right around the corner. He runs a wonderful golf school. I really enjoyed my morning runs around the area. There are few cars and the mornings are hard to match. Brookgreen Gardens and Huntington State Park are just up the road and are great places to visit. I would recommend this condo to anyone but with the knowledge that pets have been in the place and have made the place less than luxurious.

Just what I was looking for. Took my 94 year old mother to visit family. No steps, Easy access. Would be great for any family. Spacious and clean. Great location.

This is one of my favorite vacation destinations. The pool and hot tub right out front are convenient for EVERYONE! This is a bargain for 3 bedrooms 3 baths first floor corner unit, and just repainted too You can barbeque out back while watching the golfers. I walked to the Club House to watch the start of a golf tournament. The employees in the club house are super nice. There are some great restaurants/bars in Pawleys Island, and there is a new Blue Crab restaurant at the entrance to True Blue

Our stay (3 adults,1 doberman) was more than we expected. The condo was as described and well maintained.The owner could not be more helpful.We needed a new vacuum and it was brought over the next day.The pool was steps away and the area around the condo's was very clean. We would definitely recommend this condo. Myrtle Beach and Charleston were easy to get to. Rte 17 and Rte 17 Business roads had enough restaurants to please any ones taste.

Very nice accomadations. Lots of room to move around in and great if you are taking your pet with you. If you golfl, there are superb golf courses within 5 miles to choose from. Would definitely use again.

I TOOK MY HUSBAND AND YOUNG DAUGHTER TO THIS SITE AS WE HAD VISITED PAWLEYS ISLAND THE SUMMER OF 2010 AND HAD THE MOST WONDERFUL TIME. THIS WAS THE OPPOSITE. THE RENTAL WAS IN HORRIFIC SHAPE. THERE WERE ANIMAL STAINS ALL OVER THE RUGS AS WELL AS DOG URINE RUNNING DOWN THE GLASS DOOR, THERE WERE PET URINE STAINS ON ALL OF THE LIVING ROOM FURNITURE, THERE WAS A HOLE IN THE WALL AROUND AN ELECTRICAL OUTLET IN THE SMALL BEDROOM AND I HAD TO CLEAN BLOOD OUT OF THE TUB BEFORE I COULD GIVE MY CHILD A BATH. WE STAYED ONLY ONE NIGHT AND GOT THE HECK OUT OF THERE, SHE ENDED UP FIRING HER PROPERTY MANAGER OVER THIS BUT REFUSES TO GIVE ME A REFUND. BTW, WE CAME ALL THE WAY FROM NEW YORK.

Owner response:This is completely false. This guest and her family stayed 4 days at my unit, then left because there was an approaching hurricane. They tried to blame it on the condition of the condo, which was not true. They had done a walk-through inspection at check-in and said everything was great. If there was any damage to the unit, it was done by them. I did refund their damage deposit anyway, so I'm not sure what she is talking about or if she even has the right property or stay. I just stayed at the unit myself, and it’s in great shape!!!! Clean carpet, clean walls, clean furniture, and everything in great working order. I love it!

This condo was beautiful, clean, spacious, quiet, and in an attractive setting. The swimming pool was gorgeous and almost private at any time of day. The uncrowded beach was only 5 minutes away. The kitchen was well equipped, the air conditioning was ideal, the bedrooms and bathrooms were pleasant, all appliances were reliable – in short, everything was great. There was plenty of room for five adults and two children. Plus, it was pet friendly, which our cocker spaniel appreciated. We would definitely rent this condo again.

We loved this condo was everything it said it was and more-clean well furnished plenty of room for all,our mini dachshund loved her home away from home-really enjoyed the beaches very close and easy to get to,all shops etc,very close and easy to get to.The True Blue community is very well maintained and quiet and friendly-met many people that live there all very helpful.We are going back in March for a month and I'm sure for longer next year.We went to Myrtle Beach for a show and had a great time-45 mins away on nice roads-well worth it.

This condo was just great for us. It was roomy, very clean and well furnished. The screened porch was a delight. I would reccommend this condo to all. All the appliances operated perfectly And were up to date. we needed a first floor place and this was good. There was a large red headed woodpecker that kept us entertained and the bird watching was just what I delightful. Go there, you will love it and the entire area.

We just got back and had a great time. The condo was just as described. It was in a great area with good beaches and just about everything you could need within about 5 mins. drive. We really liked that we could bring our small dog with us. We would stay here again.

We had a nice, relaxing family vacation (including the pets!). The Caledonia golf course was absolutely beautiful. The True Blue community is very well maintained, quiet and family friendly. Lots of friendly folks in the wonderfully non-commercial Pawleys Island. Beautiful beaches.

Perfect condo for our family vacation at the beach. Was very clean, well stocked, and great location on the end with excellent light from all the windows. Beds were comfortable and pool was very convenient and enjoyable. All the people we met were helpful and courteous. Course is beautiful. Beach is close but we took our car. Nice to have a pet friendly place, even though we did not bring one. Thanks for a wonderful relaxing week! We followed it up with a week in the Blue Ridge Mountains. A fun combination!

Great Condo, Great Price

We had 4 adults and 4 teenagers and found we had plenty of space to be together and/or to spread out in the condo. There are only 4 pool passes but we found that was not a problem when we visited the pool in the evenings together. The location was great: a short drive to several public parking areas for the beach, a short drive to Huntington Beach State Park, many close golf courses, and close to many restaurants, shops and grocery stores as well as entertainment for the teenagers ie: putt putt etc. This was our first trip to Pawleys Island but it won't be our last.

Very Relaxing Getaway

We had a family of 5 and it was very comfortable for all of us. Spacious, everyone had a bathroom....and I loved the fact that we had the laundry room right off the kitchen! It was a nice, quiet and peaceful area. The condo was clean, and our family had a fabulous stay. We did not have enough pool passes for our family....there were only 4 and we had a party of 5. However, we did not use the pool so this was not a problem for us. Although we did not end up bringing our pet, we liked the fact that the condo was pet friendly too. We loved it and would surely go back again one day.

Loving the Blue and Pawleys Island

This condo was just like the pictures. We had 4 adults and 3 kids in it with no problems. The condo is great for a family with the pool right outside. The screened patio was well used in the morning watching the birds and listening to the morning. The central AC worked well and the kitchen was fully supplied with everything we needed for cooking at home. I believe we will be renting it again. Oh we also had a wheelchair in it with no problems! We had a great time.

Pros: Beautiful surroundings, quiet and relaxing, nice place to "come home to" after a long day at the beach :) Cons: Dishwasher had not been run from previous renter and dirty dishes left for us- not acceptable since I paid a $95 cleaning fee. Not enough bracelets for all to use the pool facilities. There were 4 and we had 7 in our party. Communication with owner to secure our rental dates was poor.

This condo was centrally located and nicely decorated and equipped. My family and I was truly able to relax in the spacious and comfortable digs. We were able to quickly travel to the beach, local sights, and enjoy the excitement of myrtle beach activities with a 30 minute drive. We will definitely be back to enjoy the condo as well as beautiful Pawley's Island. Highly recommended!

My wife and I stayed at your condo for 3 days in May. The condo is quiet, private, clean and comfortable, and very well supplied with kitchen amenities, if you like to eat at home. The condo is very centrally located with many golf courses, restaurants and great shopping close by. All in all, a great value for the price.

Had a wonderful holiday at this Pawley's Island condo. Everything we needed was supplied. The nearby beach was a dream - we walked it every day! Shopping at the Hammock Shops was also very nice. We were pleased to be able to bring our pet with us too. People were very friendly and helpful - scenic views everywhere. Well maintained pool and grounds.

Condo was exactly how the picture showed. The cleanliness of the condo could have been improved a little bit. We were approx. 45 minutes South of Myrtle Beach which meant we had to drive a distance to any attractions, but we new that when we signed up. Our son participated in a Golf Training Camp at True Blue Golf Course, so backing onto the 10th hole was the perfect location for us. There are tons of cute little shops, many golf courses and lots of restaurants to choose from in Pawley's Island. We also visited Huntington Beach National Park only 10 minutes away. Beautiful untouched marshes where we saw many gators, birds and turtles. We spent a few hours on the beach as well. Excellent for the family! Overall, a very nice stay.

This ground floor, corner condo is beautifully furnished ad very conveniently located in the center of Pawley's Island. It was perfect for my family of 6: My wife and me, our son and his wife and toddler, and our daughter. Ideal for golfers. Also, just minutes from the beach and great restaurants.

This is the second time we have returned to True Blue, Pawley's Island. It is a lovely community, well maintained with many helpful permanent residents. My sister and I, as well as our dog Emma, had a truely wonderful holiday. I do not have words to describe the beauty of daily walks on the beach. We loved the local shops and restaurants. This year we visited Brookgreen Gardens - it is stunning ~ a "do not miss" for everyone.
