Wood burning fireplace. Despite bucolic setting, only 1.1 miles to downtown Winter Park. Great recreation center with hot tub, pool and tennis courts. Shuttle bus to ski resort runs every 30 minutes in the winter. Large TV with DVD/VCR in living room and TV-VCR in master bedroom. King bed in master bedroom (with its own sink), two queen bedrooms (one with its own sink), fourth bedroom with bunk beds, single bed and trundle bed. Fold out queen bed in living room.
This is a quiet, peaceful location great for relaxing after strenuous days on the slopes or other abundant outdoor activities in the area.
We have priced the rental rate to be competitive with three bedroom units in the area despite the home having four bedrooms.
