This ranch offers a getaway like no other. The accommodations are unique, inspiring, and luxurious. This ranch is the perfect place to relax and get away from the hustle and bustle of city life.
The ranch has an ocean view on clear days and incredible million dollar views the rest. It is surrounded by huge mountains and a little 46 acre slice of ranch heaven.
I have transformed this place into an awesome getaway and playground. Less than a year ago I built my dream pool which is less than 5 steps from the back door...a 36 foot infinity edge pool with a 10 foot by 10 foot spa attached. It is sweet!!!
The house is only 3 years old and I have remodeled it with Travertine Floors and Granite countertops throughout.....including 2 new bathrooms. The house comes with free WiFi for you to enjoy and brand new front-loading washers and dryers too.

The perfect distance from civilization, a place to relax and kick back. Easy access to town if you need to go there .... Alpine, Julian, Viejas are only minutes away, and only 45 minutes to Downtown or 30 minutes to Fashion Valley's world-class shopping in Mission Valley!
If you are looking for the perfect place to chill and grill, then you don't need to look any further. Basically this is like having your own amusement park.
