The Fall Season is spectacular at Crested Butte! Take a drive through Kebler Pass and enjoy the EXPLOSIVE colors of Fall. Vibrant yellows,reds and oranges glow through the mountain ranges. Remember to take your camera - what a majestic photo opportunity!

The Condo is nestled in the mountains of Mt. Crested Butte. Gorgeous views of the ski area from the living area and decks are breathtaking!

Winter skiing brought us to Crested Butte, but it was the summers that made us stay! A familiar saying around Crested Butte because there are so many family activities to enjoy year round. The Maple Building, Unit 4 is located on the mountain, less than five minutes walk to the slopes or a free shuttle comes to the condo's parking lot every 15 minutes to take you to the slopes. Our family usually rents skis and boots and we store them at the ski shop. This makes the walk or ride over to the slopes so easy.

The spacious entry area leads you into a beautifully decorated family room with its breathtaking views of mountains in all directions. You'll find rustic elegance with lots of comfort! The gourmet kitchen with granite counter tops flows openly into a eating/gathering bar and dining area surrounded by vaulted ceilings. The master bed room with full bath and ceiling fan has its private deck looking toward Gothic Mt. and has a king sized bed. The other two bedrooms have queen sized beds. All boast comfortable goosedown comforters and fine linens. Above the family area is a loft with a cozy overflow sleeping space with two twin beds also providing down comforters and fine linens. Washer and dryer is available in the hallway. Within the unit is a private hot tub on the bottom floor with shower facilities and sauna. This indoor hot tub is shared only with three other units. Never have I had to share the tub with other families. A private key will be given to you upon arrival. Outside in front of the condo is another Hot Tub/Bar-B-Que area/Club House. Bathrooms and vending machines in the club house makes this space great for entertaining. Next to the outdoor hot tub is a tennis court. Great for those crisp, cool summer days. Many hiking trails begin right outside the front door! During the summers and fall, riding bikes down into the Crested Butte town is a favorite past time. Catch the shuttle on the way back up the mountain, they have bike racks.

Ski lifts are a five minute downhill walk from front door or the towns free shuttle bus will pick you up in the parking lot to take you to the ski slopes.

When tired of enjoying all the activities on the mountain, take the free shuttle bus down into the charming historic town of Crested Butte. Shopping, restaurants, movie theater, museums await you!
