Comfortably decorated with a Northwestern theme and light charcoal carpet throughout. This cozy studio + loft is a 3rd floor condominium in the Elkhorn Village Condominiums and will provide lodging for 2-4 people. The living room has a 2-story ceiling, a sliding glass door leading to a small, enclosed balcony, and a bedroom loft above, which combine to create a spacious feel. Nicely upholstered sleeper/sofa (full-size) and a beautiful handcrafted quilt add warmth and ambiance.
An indoor ski locker in the entrance hall of the building provides storage space for outdoor gear. The living room has 30" TV/VCR, a stereo with CD/cassette player, the dining table seats 4, the breakfast bar seats 2, and the kitchen has mini-fridge, dishwasher, stove/oven, and microwave.
This condominium unit is not directly accessible to an elevator. People having difficulties with stairs may find the accessibility unsuitable. Children are definitely welcome, though it should be mentioned that the stairs to the loft are somewhat steep, and the railing of the loft is not suitable for small children. The small, enclosed balcony off the living room is also not suitable for small children.
Elkhorn Village has recently been under renovation, with many new condominiums in the area. It is beautiful! There is a brand new general store conveniently located within walking distance of the unit.

Why the Owner Chose Elkhorn Village
Elkhorn is very quiet with all the benefits of being close to Sun Valley and Ketchum. There is a community outdoor pool, hot tub, tennis courts, grocery store and restaurant all within a very short walk from our condo.
