This unit is by far the best place we have ever stayed on our many trips to Steamboat. Everything about the place, from the unit itself, to the pool,and parking was better than expected. We will for sure plan our next trip to the Boat when this unit is available. We had 6 adults and never felt crowded also we were able to ski almost to the door what a great treat.

This was a beautifully appointed condo in a very convenient location. We were able to walk to the KVC and ski back in the afternoon. Everything was comfortable and we felt right at home. We hope to stay here again.

This property not only houses 2 families of 4 very comfortably it also has a fantastic location. The condo is luxuriously appointed and had everything you need right down to the crockpot. Brent and Linda are great hosts and make sure all your needs are taken care of. We have been coming out west skiing for ten years and this was the best vacation we have had yet. We plan on coming back to Delany 206 in the future!

I would recommend this condo to my friends and I would stay here again. Would also recommend for families. The location is highly convenient: short walk to an elevator that takes you to a ski/board shop at base where you can rent and/or store you skis and boots (on air driers). Also easy walk to kids' school. Grocery, restaurant, and liquor store across the street. We had rental jeep, but could have walked and shuttled. The condo itself has high end decor and very comfortable beds and linens (I have a bad back and felt great in the mornings). Quality flat screen TVs. The owners were helpful with restaurant recommendations and tips. They are honest landlords, good hosts, and easy to work with. We definitely would stay here again.

Well appointed kitchen, bedrooms and living areas and accessories. We own a VRBO beach rental ourselves and can appreciate a clean well maintained rental with amicable owners. Brent was a pleasure to do business with and was repsonsive to our needs and requests. This unit will be on our list again for sure!

We spent Thanksgiving 2010 in Steamboat. Our first time there and everything was perfect - very nice condo., perfect location, and the best snow ever! My kids were very, very happy of the location, you could ski to the condo. and it is a very short walk to the gondola (which we took everyday, as you stay warm while going up the mountain!) and the ski school. Great experience also at the ski school which was nice because our kids are shy. Unit is very nicely decorated and has a warm feel to it. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Brent, Your Dulany 206 unit was just fantastic! This was our 14th Annual SkiBoyz Trip and our first trip to Steamboat Springs. The location was exceptional with a short walk to the Gondola and easy access to deli/grocery/liquor stores and restaurants. The unit had everything we needed including high-speed internet that worked well for those of us who needed to do a little work while on vacation. What a perfect location for a perfect place! Brent was a joy to work with and it was so nice being steps away from the kids ski center and gondola. It's a great location if you are having to carry all of your kids stuff! The beds were all comfortable and the accommadations nice! We hope to return next yr.
