Mission bay cottage. walk out the patio gate to the sand and bay with a walkway that takes you around the bay, or cross the street to the ocean side and continue your biking, walking, surfing. Restaurants and shopping all within walking distance. The bay accommodates jet skiing, water skiing, boating, wind surfing. Bikes or skates, boogie boards, surf boards are available to rent. See the sunrise from your patio, and the sunset on the ocean side. Large picture windows in the cottage covering the view. Kitchen windows open up to let in the sea breezes.
One parking space located behind the cottage and other parking along Santa Clara Point Community Park. Minutes to Sea World, shopping in La Jolla, or Pacific Beach, San Diego Zoo, Downtown San Diego- well just about anything you could see, if you ever wanted to leave the cottage!
Patio has tables, benches, BBQ, Umbrellas and it is all gated. Master bedroom has flat screen TV and is located in a very quiet location, with new walk in closet, full bath and laundry. Second bedroom has it own TV and a DVD player, and also has a full bath. A office is off the living room with custom buildings.
You can feel the history when you enter this cottage. It is meant for total relaxation while on your vacation. Being outside, people watching, walks, seeing all there is to see in the bustling beach community of Mission Beach.
