Beautifully decorated and maintained top tier home completed in 2007 is newly furnished and has fantastic views of Big Boulder Ski slopes both day and night. Custom kitchen and connected dining area seats more than a dozen people at meal time and outside deck off the kitchen and dining room seats an additional 6-10.
Common areas have an open floor plan in which to enjoy games (pool, authentic shuffleboard, foosball), two wide-screen TVs, a gas fireplace, a good book, and each other's company. Three of the six bedrooms have cable TV as well, two with DVD players.
Because of the ability to accommodate a number of people so comfortably, this is a fantastic place for family reunions, several couples, or just a few friends. And all renters to date have vowed to return, making plans up to a year in advance.
A Childs bed with a crib-sized mattress is in the master bedroom for a sixteenth potential sleeping area for youngsters as well as a playpen/crib for infants that need their own special area. A private hot tub sits outside the game room for year-round use and is completely and professionally drained and cleaned prior to each rental period.
