Location: Lake Havasu City, Main Arizona (excludes Phoenix, Tucson & South AZ), Arizona, USA (Located approximately 5 minutes from the London Bridge)

Accommodations:  House, 3 Bedrooms, 2.5 Baths (Sleeps 7-8)

Great family rental in newer/quiet neighborhood! Tile throughout, so indoor pets are OK. Very open floor plan with room to relax after a hot day on the lake. Central air-conditioning & ceiling fans in every room. Cable TV's in each bedroom and the living room means no fighting over channels. 2 1/2 bathrooms means no waiting. Well decorated in a south-western theme. Covered patio with gas BBQ for those willing to stand over an open flame after basking in the sun all day. We have supplied all linens & household items, just bring food and suntan lotion. Boat-deep 3 car garage means abundant parking for boats, trucks, and RV's. Two families should have no trouble parking their toys. Numerous outdoor water valves for boat wash-down. RV parking & hook-ups in side yard, additional parking on the street.

Our house is located approximately 5 minutes from the London Bridge, shopping, and fine dining. Tons of activities nearby to keep the kids entertained; movie theaters, water park, go-cart track, junk-food, etc. Four nearby launch ramps means no waiting to get on the lake (Windsor Beach Marina is 3 miles away). Abundant night-life for the adults as well.

Activities: Every imaginable water-oriented activity is available on the lake and river. There are several golf courses in the immediate area, including a professional-grade course designed by Arnold Palmer. For those of you who are fishing enthusiasts (like myself), Lake Havasu has developed into a world-class Smallmouth Bass fishery with several fish over six pounds caught each Spring. The Largemouth, Striped Bass, and Catfishing can be incredible at various times through out the year. Mountain biking, gold prospecting, four-wheeling, wild-life viewing are year-round activities located just a few minutes away.

Some Words of Advice When Choosing a Havasu Rental: Many rental homes are located on busy streets and/or have hill-side lots with steep driveways; making for difficult boat parking. Also, since Havasu is a "build to suit" community, most neighborhoods have a mix of newer homes along-side some very run-down older homes. Check before renting! Our home is located on a level lot with ample parking and is surrounded by newer homes. After renting here once, you'll come back again. Thanks For Looking!
