It has a brand new plush queen size bed with all new bedding and linens, a small living room area with all brand new leather furniture, a lovely bathroom completely remodeled with all new cabinetry, sink, shower, mirror, shelving, slate flooring, and a new kitchen with all the amenities you would need to feel right at home!

Upon entering the private gate to this tucked away gem of a studio, you walk into a beautiful patio area that is furnished with a cozy outdoor love seat and coffee table as well as a table with seating for four, perfect for a quiet read or a relaxing moment. As you enter the studio through large glass doors from the patio area, you walk into a spacious and beautifully designed studio that feels peaceful and serene. This contemporary studio has a spacious and inviting mood, the perfect place for your next private little getaway!

Located just a few blocks away is San Diego's beautiful Shelter Island! Whether you enjoy sailing, boating, fishing, sight-seeing, or shopping this area has it all! If you like to walk around the water, check out all the boats and take in the sights this is the perfect location!

There are many wonderful restaurants to choose from which are also located just a few blocks away. There is something for everyone! If you're in the mood for great sushi, then try Umi Sushi. Right next door is Fiddler's Green with it's nautical theme it has a nice but laid back atmosphere with a menu to fit every taste! Right across the street is The Chart House~ a lovely choice if you're in the mood for great steak and seafood with a nice glass of wine! All of these restaurants are located on Shelter Island Drive which is a few short blocks away. Down the main road a bit are several lovely cafe's to sit and enjoy your morning with a lovely cup of coffee or tea and a yummy pastry!

San Diego's Downtown Gaslamp District is just a few miles away if you like to explore the nightlife or do some serious shopping at Horton Plaza Mall! The beach is just a mile over the hill if you'd like to have a beach day or watch the sunset over the ocean!
