The 3 bedrooms, and 2 lofts provide plenty of comfortable beds for your family. The country kitchen, great room and dining/game room are very spacious making the house perfect for large groups. There are 3 TVS, 1 DVD/VCR player and another VCR player. Many puzzles and games are provided. The large deck goes around 2 sides of the house and has 2 gazebos plus plenty of eating areas. This eco-friendly passive solar house is equipped with a back-up passive solar hot water heater and an evaporative cooler that will keep you cool during the summer heat.
"Kinane Kabin", which is really a house, is less than a block from tennis courts, children’s playground, a hiking trail and Fisherman’s Cove which is one of the lake’s water taxi stops. want to swim? One of three beaches is within walking distance. Two other beaches are easily reached by water taxi from this beach or fisherman’s cove. Also available for your enjoyment is a scenic 18 hole golf course, a swimming pool and horseback riding at the stables.
Want to take trips? Yosemite gate is 30 miles away. Go see Yosemite falls, Tuolumne Meadows, or Glacier Point and make it back for your evening meal. Or maybe you would like an old gold rush town? Columbia state park is 32 miles away, there you can ride a stage coach, pan for gold, and eat some candy made in an old fashioned candy store. Like to gamble? Black Oak Casino is about an hour away. Play the slots, have a great meal or even enjoy the bowling alley with your kids.

Owner Description
Year Purchased: 1984
Sally and Andy Kinane helped built this house. We lived in it with our 3 daughters during the time they attended grade and high schools. Because of the job situation, we moved to the Bay Area, but still retain the house for family visits.
Why the Owner Chose Groveland
We chose to build and live at Pine Mountain Lake because we really enjoyed the scenery and how the temperature of the air becomes much cooler when you come up the hill and leave the Central Valley. It was a great place to raise our children and we all remember the fun times we had at the house. Friends were always coming over and the house never seemed crowded.
The Unique Benefits of this House
We enjoy visiting our house because it is so spacious and comfortable. We also like the convenience of the location. Close to a beach, near Fisherman's Cove with the water taxi ride to other beaches. It is also a great place to use for trips to Yosemite and other attractions.
