Living Room - Dewey Beach Vacation Condominium near the Boardwalk. New Listing—Steps to the beach, Quiet Street, Heart of Dewey, Completely Remodeled Just listed! Completely remodeled Summer 2008, this amazing condominium is located just steps to the beach (no streets to cross), one block from the Rusty Rudder, in the heart of Dewey Beach. Park your car and walk to anything in Dewey or take a short Jolly Trolley ride to Rehoboth Avenue or Boardwalk. Located on the ocean block 6 houses from the beach, on quiet Rodney Avenue, this house is perfect for families. The beach is less crowded here and there are no streets to cross! This clean, bright, and breezy condo is the perfect place to spend your vacation. The large 3 season porch is a perfect place to relax and smell the sea air while you talk, play cards and games, or read one of the great books available in our library. The living room features a 32" LCD HDTV with DVD. There is ceramic flooring throughout the living room, kitchen, and bath. The fully stocked kitchen has a full size refrigerator with ice maker, convection oven, cook top, microwave, dishwasher, and built in breakfast bar. The bathroom, like the rest of the house, has been completely remodeled with a beautifully tiled shower with built in bench. The master bedroom has bright Pergo wood floors, a queen size bed, TV with VCR and its own individually controlled air conditioning unit. The second bedroom also has Pergo floors and individually controlled air conditioning with two twin beds. Both bedrooms contain ipod docking stations. The yard is beautifully landscaped with several different seating areas, a huge gas grill with direct gas connection, a beautiful outdoor shower with great water pressure, a hammock, and benches straight from the Rehoboth Boardwalk! Park your car in your own private spot in the driveway, and park a second car in a spot in front of the condo using our Dewey beach-parking permit. During the summer we rent weekly--Saturday to Saturday. Check-in time is 2 pm. Check-out time is 10:00 am, but feel free to use the outside shower if you spend check out day on the beach! In the offseason, we rent by the week or weekend. Tenants bring your sheets, towels and paper products. Rental Umbrellas and Chairs, a snack stand and Water Ice available on the Beach.
