The top of the property has an expansive 360 degree view of the 5 Valleys of Missoula. We are located at the very end of a gated private road. No neighbors are visible and you feel like you are miles away from civilization, yet the Funhouse Ranch is only 10 minutes from charming downtown Missoula. Truly an outdoor sportsman's paradise, winters sports include downhill and cross country skiing, snowshoeing, sledding and snowmobiling. Summer sports include hiking, fly fishing, mountain biking, golf, folf, rafting, and all that the Rattlesnake wilderness has to offer is only 10 minutes away. Easy access via the new footbridge to Rattlesnake creek for fishing and soaking. The famed Bitterroot river, Blackfoot river, and Clark Fork river, are all within 20 minutes. So are multiple National Forest trailheads and Snowbowl Ski Area can be reached door to door in about 30 minutes.

Holidays, graduation and homecoming weekends: $2500/week
PLEASE NOTE: Water conservation in effect. We recently have installed H2O
storage tanks and are trucking water up for use. At this time
we require a 1 week minimum stay and smaller parties who can conserve water.
until we are able to drill a new well this summer. Thanks for understanding.

Having grown up in Missoula, I'm a huge fan of Missoula and all that charm it has to offer along with the incredible recreational activities avaialable year round in Western Montana. I brought my good friend up in 2000 and we absolutely fell in love with the property and ranch we ended up buying and calling the FunHouse Ranch. We bothe enjoy coming back here with our families any chance we get. It is truly an incredible place that you have to experience to understand.
