Indian Creek is a peaceful community close to the 192, with easy access to Disney (less than 4 miles away) and all the attractions of Orlando. Communal facilities include a children's playground, sports field, football field and tennis courts. A few minutes away is the Formosa Gardens shopping area where you will find many shops, including a supermarket, pharmacy,a walk in medical centre and lots of good restaurants such as Outback Steak House, Carrabbas, TGI Fridays and Red Lobster. Our villa is a bright, modern single storey dwelling with 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The villa is equipped and furnished to a high standard. There is a 33 foot south facing pool which is screened for seclusion, a spa tub and a sheltered outdoor dining area. Sun beds are also provided.
Internet access is provided so you can bring your own laptop or netbook. Telephone with free local calls.
The living area is open plan and spacious with comfortable seating, television (cable), DVD player and CD player. The kitchen is fully equipped with large fridge/freezer (including ice maker), microwave, gas hob, electric oven, dishwasher, toaster, coffee machine etc. There is a breakfast dining nook with table and chairs plus a bar stool area. We have a separate dining area with dining table and chairs. There is a utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer, also an ironing board and iron for your use.
There are two master bedroom suites. The first master suite has a king size bed, TV, hairdryer,en suite with large oval bath and double shower, walk-in closet and separate access to the pool area. The second master suite has a queen size bed,TV, hair dryer, large built in wardrobe, en suite bathroom with bath and shower attachment, access to the pool area. Bedroom 3 (double bed) and Bedroom 4 (twin beds), both with large built-in wardrobes, share a bathroom. Bedroom 5 has twin beds and built-in wardrobe and has an adjacent bathroom.
All linen and towels (including pool towels) are provided. The pool area is south facing which provides a wonderfully sunny spot to relax and enjoy our 33 foot long pool and spa tub. The area is screened for seclusion. You can enjoy dining outside in our sheltered dining area with table and chairs.
The games room is in the garage, with a junior size (fine for adults too) three-in-one table, providing table tennis, turbo hockey and billiards. We have also provided tennis racquets, footballs and other sports equipment for your use.
For the comfort of all guests, we do operate a strict no smoking and no pets policy.
