This apartment provides guests with stylish and spacious accommodation throughout, with a contemporary furnished Open Plan Living area which features a very comfortable and stylish L-Shaped seating area with flat screen Sat TV and DVD player for entertainment as well as use of WIFI internet access. From the seating area beautiful Lake views can also be enjoyed!
A stylish Dining area and fully fitted Kitchen also complements the room with all the desired Kitchen appliances such as microwave, kettle, and dishwasher.
Glass doors open from the Living area to display a dramatic panoramic view over Lake Como from the sunny child-friendly garden which offers guests an Alfresco Dining area to the stylish Lake view decked terrace, a level grass lawn and terrace with BBQ.
The sleeping accommodation is ideal for a family or group of friends due to its flexibility and comfort for up to 6 guests, with a stylish Lake view Master Bedroom providing a King-size bed and access to the garden, a second beautifully furnished Bedroom with 2 Twin single Beds and access to the garden and a Double Sofa Bed to the Living area.
A newly fitted Bathroom with all the desired sanitary ware also features in this very comfortable and luxurious property.
In the Residence guests can enjoy the resident Swimming pool and sunbathing area which is situated in a pretty sheltered and sunny spot.
Parking is also provided for guests and a car is highly recommended due to the hillside location of the Residence.
Guests can easily reach Varenna by car. The early Victorian part of Varenna provides a choice of lake view Cafes, many fine Villas and the famous and historical Castello di Vezio, which is situated on the Varenna hillside and which features frequent Falconry displays and medieval re-enactments during the Summer-Autumn time. A picturesque lakeside promenade takes guests along to the romantic medieval part of Varenna, which features medieval passageways, cobbled Piazzas and ancient Churches. There are many delightful restaurants and wine bars to enjoy as well as boutique craft shops to visit.
The Car and Passenger Ferry as well as the Train service also operates from Varenna and Fiumelatte, providing guests with an enjoyable and care-free way of exploring Bellagio, Menaggio, other pretty Lake Como towns and also Milan.
A distinctive feature of Varenna is its mild climate; olive & cypress trees abound as well as many other varieties of lush, tropical plants, typical if the lake. Varenna enjoys abundant sunshine & warmth right into the evening. The International jet-set resort of St. Moritz is just 1.5 hours by car.

Our one & two weekly service charges are inclusive of final cleaning, bed linen, towels, heating, utilities & air-conditioning (if installed in the holiday property). Tea towels & beach towels are not supplied. If your booking is for more than one week, clean linen & towels will be provided on a weekly basis.

Please note that signal and connectivity is not guaranteed and may depend on the strength of the signal in your rental property.
Making a Booking:
To make a confirmed booking, you will be asked to fill in our online booking form and pay a 30% deposit by wire transfer or credit card. The remaining holiday balance will then be due 6 weeks before arrival.

What can I say. I don't normally respond to feedbacks, but I will make an exception here. Although I haven't travelled extensively in Italy, I have travelled extensively worldwide. Lake Como is the first place I have visited where I immediately wanted to return to. Quite simply breathtaking. The accomodation was exceptional too. In fact if you can keep me on your books and have any deals in the future I would love to return to the same apartment. We seemed to have the only apartment with a garden, which was great for the kids, and being the end appt also meant an extra sense of privacy. And what an incredible view! I don't think I could ever be tired with the view. The Directions to the property were spot on, thanks, and when I did have to ring someone they were helpful and polite. Thanks again. The only thing that we had trouble with was the washing machine which didn't seem to wash or rinse well at all. Overall though we had a great time and would not only recommend yourselves to friends, but also the specific appt. Looking forward to returning soon. Dave, UK

We stayed in Vista D'oro for two weeks and loved it. We did not rent a car so it was a bit of a walk up and down the hill from town to the condo but I was in fabulous shape when my holiday ended.Everyday we would grab our backpack and head down to the town and from there we could take a boat or train to another town. When we returned at the end of the day it was a tough walk up the hill but we would take a dip in the fabulous pool to cool off. Then we would cook dinner and sit on the balcony and watch the sunset over the lake. Although there was no air conditioning, we would open the bedroom window and there was a wonderful breeze that would keep us cool as we slept. The condo had everything we needed for our stay and was relatively clean. The property managers were there to greet us on the first day and offer suggestions for activities. Varenna itself was lovely but we often took the boat or train to go to other spots around Lake Como, Milan, and even into Switzerland. Great home base! Daniel, Canada
