This fifth floor unit, #409, was constructed in 2003 and is located beachfront on the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. Our professionally decorated unit features designer, top of the line furniture throughout. The Master Bedroom boasts a King-sized bed with Serta's best pillow-top mattress, a matching night stand, and an armoire that houses a Color TV with VCR and front A/V inputs for a video camera or gameboy.
There are also two custom built-in bunk beds in the hall and a Queen size Microfiber sofa sleeper with an up-level innerspring mattress in the living room which allows this unit to comfortably accommodate up to six people. The livingroom armoire houses a 32" stereo TV with front AV plugs, A DVD/VCR player as well as a seperate stereo with CD/AM/FM and cassette player.
Ceiling fans are installed in the Master Bedroom and living room for added comfort. This condominium has a well-equipped kitchen with all of the amenities of home, so whether you wish to order pizza or cook a turkey dinner with all the fixings, it will easily accommodate your desires.
From the balcony, you can enjoy watching the kids swim in the private heated pool or use the Jacuzzi. Watch the dolphins play in the pristine emerald green Gulf water or relax with a drink on the balcony and enjoy the fabulous sunset! This unit runs parallel to the beach so you have fantastic unobstructed views of the Gulf!
Pelican Isle's amenities include large freshwater heated pool located next to the outdoor spa, lounge chairs and well-kept grounds. We also have a private workout facility overlooking the pool and Gulf. This beautiful NEW Beach Front Condo is the ideal place to enjoy the good life at the beach!!!
