Ideal floor plan and kitchen area, a great pool area with covered porch, for that much needed shade. New in 2007, and only lightly rented out since, so in great shape, only 10 minutes from Disney, but not in busy, noisy, tourist area, ideally located for access to all areas, close to Champions Gate and the Omni Hotel, with two great Gregg Norman designed golf courses many others within a 15 minute drive.
Fantastic gated community area, in a great neighborhood. Club house with pool and tennis courts. Close to supermarkets, drug store and restaurants only a five minute drive away.
All in all ... perfect.

Why the Owner Chose The Shires at Westhaven
After experiancing great holidays in Florida we decided there were few better places to spend quality time, the great climate, and general high quality of service mixed with a relaxed atmosphere and so many fun things to do. It was somewhere we could enjoy as a family together so we took the plunge and bought a home, we looked at about 30 across the region but chose ours for the great new community and the tranquil view from the pool and spa across the conservation area.

A true home from home we find it extremely relaxing, but love the exitement of the attractions.

If you require testimonials I can pass on email addresses of previous guests, I hope to have some comments put on in the near future. We have had many favourable comments so far, all guests have thoroughly enjoyed their stays,The usual comments in the comments book are along the lines of "The photos dont do the property justice" and a great location". This is as much our home as a rental property (unlike may "homes" in the orlando area that are heavilly rented out to big tourist companies) so we believe it maintains its high standards better than most others.
