We felt at home right away, and were very pleased with the cleanliness of the house. It was a perfect retreat from the excitement and attractions of Orlando while still being very convenient to everything. The neighborhood was very quiet with almost no traffic. Comfortable beds and the pool and patio area was very relaxing. The only things we didn't have was access to the clubhouse and internet service. We hope to stay here again in the future! I would definitely recommend this property to anyone visiting Orlando.

My family & I just returned from our vacation at this house. We had a fantastic time. The house is everyting we hoped for. There were 4 adults and 3 kids in our party and the house had plenty of space for all of us. The house is in a great location. Close to the interstate and within 20 minutes of most vacation attractions (Disney, Sea World, shopping, etc). The house had everything we needed and was in a great community. We felt extra safe being in a gated community. The pool was not that warm (1st week of April), but there is the option to pay for heat. Other travelers mentioned not being happy with the results after paying for heat, so we opted not to have it heated and deal with the cooler temperature. One thing I was expecting was the option to hang out at the clubhouse, but we were not provided with the key for this amenity. Not sure if that was something we needed to arrange ahead of time or not? All in all, we had a great time while staying here! The owner is great to deal with and answered several questions I had before our vacation via email in a timely manner. We will definitely come back and will also recommend this house to others!

Recommended for:Girls getaway, tourists without a car.

Stayed at this villa from 06/30/10 to 07/13/10. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and found the accomodations and location to be excellent. The villa is spotless and appears brand new. Tasteful furnishings, heavenly beds, we could not find a single thing to complain about. I spoke with Chris a couple of times prior to booking and found him great to deal with. This villa is very close to Champions Gate which offers many amenities such as restaurants, Publix supermarket and shopping and is also very close to the interstate 4. We found the area very quiet and peaceful which was a welcome reprieve from the hustle and bustle of the Orlando attractions. The property is also very private as it back onto a wetland area. My kids absolutely loved the pool and easily spent a couple of hours each day enjoying it. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending this villa for your Orlando vacation.

This beautiful home is in an amazing location. We would like to say that it is exactly as the photos show if not nicer. Clean, with stunning decor and evrything you need is provided. The pool is beautiful and a big plus. Close to Champion Gate and a very easy drive to all attractions and shopping. This home is very comfortible and very well laidout. When we first came in we felt immediately at home. Chris thank you for making the booking so easy. The management company were really helpful and easy to deal with. We would be there now if it were not for illness. We are already looking forward to returning in 2012

If you require testimonials I can pass on email addresses of previous guests, I hope to have some comments put on in the near future. We have had many favourable comments so far, all guests have thoroughly enjoyed their stays,The usual comments in the comments book are along the lines of "The photos dont do the property justice" and a great location". This is as much our home as a rental property (unlike may "homes" in the orlando area that are heavilly rented out to big tourist companies) so we believe it maintains its high standards better than most others.
