Bring your boat right up to your back door. - Kingsland, TX Vacation House on the Lake This is a newly constructed beautiful custom home, 100% masonry on the exterior with tile floors and granite countertops in the kitchen and family rooms. The attention to detail is amazing from the spacious master with it's unique bathroom that includes a jetted tub and "snail" shower to the wonderful open floor plan in the living/dining areas. You will be so comfortable in this home. The master has a king bed and television, the second bedroom also has a king bed with an attached full bath and the third bed room has bunks with doubles on the bottom and twin on the top. There is a separate laundry room with washer and dryer. The living, kitchen and dining as well as the outdoor patio look out onto the peaceful waterway that leads to the lake just yards from the Colorado and Llano River intersection. There is GREAT fishing along the 100' of newly poured walkway and dock. This will keep you and the kids busy late into the night. You will not find a more peaceful setting on the lake as there is no jet ski or boat noise in your private cove. The private boat ramp is only 300 yards away, after launching your boat keep it safely docked outside the back door, ready for the 2-3 min drive to vast open water just waiting for your tube or ski's!
