We had a wonderful Labor Day get-a-way in a great condo with an awesome view. Exceptionally clean, well kept and within easy walking distance as long as you don't mind a little walk. This is a very spacious unit and the kitchen has all the amenities you could want. We had a wonderful weekend with our children and grandchildren. The grandchildren loved the wrap around balcony and the wildlife (deer and turtles) was plentiful. We had an awesome weekend. Thanks to Richard and Chris for the use of an awesome condo. It was a great vacation location and we can't wait to do it all again. We will definitely be contacting Richard and Chris for another family vacation.

This condo was awesome, an easy walk to the beach if you don't mind a little walking. The condo is in excellent shape with an awesome view. We enjoyed the view and grandchildren loved the deer and turtles. Extremely clean, very spacious, exactly as stated on vr. Will definitely keep this condo in mind for future rentals. We enjoyed labor Day weekend with our children and grandchildren and look forward to doing it again.

The condo is a nice condo -- nothing spectacular. It is clean. The kitchen needs some TLC. It has a random assortment of items that don't seem to follow any rhyme or reason. I did not like the location 2 blocks off the beach. It's a little far to walk when you're carrying a pop-up canopy and folding chairs. Also, the security guard at the condo is over-zealous. He unceremoniously threw my two teenage boys out of the pool because he thought they were "pool hopping". He admitted they were just sitting around the pool minding their own business. He appears to prowl around all day on a golf cart looking for rule infractions.

Owner response: Ocean Park is a safe and secure venue for you to spend your vacation. Our full time security personnel take their job seriously. We have occasional incidents of unauthorized people using condo facilities. I asked our security person about the incident and he recalls approaching the teenagers in the pool and asking which unit they were renting and they didn't know. When they were able to provide him with a unit number they were allowed to enjoy the rest of their stay without incident. Yes, he does ride a golf cart as he has problematic knees. The description and the map clearly show that the property is a short walk to the beach. We provide a beach wagon for out guests to use. We live on the island and respond immediately to our guests issues.

We enjoyed our long weekend in this condo unit! The owners are easy to deal with, including payments being made through Pay Pal, and easy directions for checking in and acquiring the keys to the unit. Everything was clean, and a well stocked kitchen. Thank you for a great long Labor Day weekend

This condo was perfect for us! The location was perfect and the view of the ocean was fabulous! The wraparound balcony was spectacular! We invited 2 other couples to stay with us. The other 2 bedrooms are situated at the back, separated by a bathroom. Then a very nice kitchen and living room. Our bedroom was very nice, with a private bath and it's separate entrance to the balcony and to the living room. It was elegantly furnished. The elevator by our condo was broken while we were there, but we could use the other elevators. It's a short walk to the beach, which was very quiet and nice. The pool was also very pleasant to relax in. We really enjoyed it and would gladly return there!

This is the most beautiful condo, and this wrap around patio has the best views and is so comfortable, I could sit here all day and soak it up. We had the best time, it is great to be right next to the elevator. This was a great birthday celebration.
