Why the Owner Chose Fernandina Beach
We chose this location to purchase a vacation property because it is in the quiet north end of the Island which is all residential with very little traffic. The beaches are pristine and never crowded. We are also very close to historic downtown and Fort Clinch State Park. This is a beautiful quiet island. This complex is new, well built, has great facilities, well maintained, managed, conveniently located and secure.
