Conveniently located within walking distance to golfing, shopping, dining, marina, movie theater, gas station, pharmacy, medical center and more. Fort Myers Beach also offers a trolley service that runs the length of the island for twenty-five cents per ride. Jump on the trolley and go down to the "Times Square" area for an afternoon at the Public Pier or the Park or have a great meal at one of our local restaurants.
This condo has been completely updated with stainless steel appliances, lush carpeting, quality linens and quality furnishings. There is a king sized bed in the bedroom area with a full sized sleeper sofa in the living room area. The bedroom is open, but there is a privacy wall that can be pulled across the bedroom for seclusion if needed.

You'll also have views of the back bay and the heated pool area. Estero Beach & Tennis Club offers interior hallways, heated pool, tennis courts, shuffleboard, elevators, on site laundry facilities, BBQ grills and lushly landscaped grounds.
Ample space to lounge by the pool or pick a quiet spot on the lawn. You have easy access to the beautiful white sugar sand beaches just beyond the sandbar. Great area for beach walkers, shell collectors and bird watchers!
Fort Myers Beach, a.k.a. Estero Island, is a 7 mile long island bordered by the Gulf of Mexico to the west and Estero Bay to the east. The Matanzas Pass bridge takes you north to Fort Myers and Sanibel Island, while the Big Carlos Pass bridge takes you south to Bonita Beach, Bonita Springs, Estero and Naples/Marco Island. Great getaway condo for a summer trip or vacation home to escape snowy weather in the winter.
